So many years I ago I came to this center looking for some peace of mind, I found meditation, good friends and modern Buddhism. I am still a work in progress, but unquestionably my life and that of those around me has improved by practicing meditation and putting these teachings into practice. ️
So much to learn and so much knowledge from the resident teacher. Everyone is kind and helpful
I love this place. Wonderful, warm people that share a common goal. I only visit when I’m staying in Fort Myers for the month of November and sometimes during the spring. It is always a good lesson and meditations are very powerful
