I couldn’t have asked for better Vets and nurses. My dog actually didn’t freak out. They are amazing

My dog had an abscess in his tooth. I called that morning and they got me quick to have him seen by the vet. He needed it removed and they scheduled surgery and had him all taken care of and better by end of the day. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional.

All the staff that I interacted with were caring and helpful. I had a great experience. They were excellent in caring for my dog. He was in pain and they kept me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciated the information and the caring shown to my family member and to me. He is fine and out of pain! Thank you! Thank you!

I contacted San Marco Vet, as a new client, on a Saturday with intentions of having to put my shih tzu to sleep because of her discomfort and pain.
Dr. Raj examined her and offered a conservative med regimen to treat her new dx of lumbar IVDD. He was thorough with his clinical assessment and realistic with her prognosis. She is improving w meds and has been back for follow-up.

The Dr and Tech were great with my pup, the receptionist was also very nice, compared to the other vets in this area who seem rude. I
will drive the extra way to take my baby back there.

I received a call about my monthly payment for my wellness plan not going through so I told them to retry my card in file and the lady on the phone said it did. I was told my plan renewed so I made an appointment to come and get my dogs shots updated and was told everything would be covered under the plan. On the day of my appointment I made sure to confirm the wellness plan before I was taken into a room and no one said anything to me after I asked. After being there for almost an hour and the "practice manager" came out and told me that she personally cancelled my plan and would not allow me to be on it again because of the balance on my account. I offered to do a payment plan so I could get my dog vaccinated and was refused. So after being a paying client for over a year my plan was cancelled before I ever came in and they were taking my monthly payment and putting it towards my balance without my knowledge. She then proceeded to yell my balance out so everyone in the waiting room could hear and wouldn't talk to me privately about the issues. I have since tried multiple times to get in contact with the owner to resolve the issues and he wont return my calls. So thank you for wasting my time and not telling me about cancelling the service I paid for before I came in when I specifically asked.

We were new to the area, when my doc came down with an acute illness on the weekend. They told me to come right in and began treatment within the hour. The illness was resolved by Sunday afternoon. The Vet and staff are all very nice and good communicators. Highly recommended.

I love the staff here! They take such good care of my baby (10 year old cat, but still my baby). She has really bad whitecoat syndrome and has peed herself the last two visits, but they took out the pad and washed it for me and returned it. Dr. Gouda (I'm aware that's not how you spell his name, but I can't recall the spelling) is very kind and great at explaining the situation and calming down a helicopter cat mom like myself. Love this place!

I brought in Mr. Jesse Pinkman on a Sunday morning and they took him right back to see the Doctor. Jesse had gotten in the trash and had been throwing up for days. They took such great care of him. Great Dr.and staff.

The office was sparkling clean. Everyone I encountered was polite and listened well. The doctor was very thorough and I felt my chi was given excellent care. My vet was out of town which is how I ended up at SMAH. Needless to say, this is my new vet from now on. They were wonderful. Also, I signed up for a wellness plan so now I don't have to worry about large vet bills and can concentrate on the care my pet needs. Thank you San Marco Animal Hospital. You rock!
