I have been here for 4 years and it has its flaws as well as enjoyable features. The office staff can be some kind of way and does not manage issues with communication and problem solving skills. Marcey and Ethan have been a pleasure and always polite.
For the most part things go well and it’s a great location. It’s extremely wet but so is most of this area.

This area is beautiful it has beautiful homes it's just like living in the country very quiet very friendly neighborhood lots of trees and flowers and animals I would definitely pick this as a place to live if I were looking for a home

This place is a swamp. There is standing water everywhere. You can’t be outside without rain boots. What would it take to level the lots to fix this? Never parked in a swamp before. Don’t bother with the manager, she says “it’s a campground” like this is normal. There is a pool that no one is allowed to use as well as a large screened room that you can’t use. Given its location this swamp isn’t cheap but the owners are

The lady that runs the place is vary rude we lost our home in Ian and been need up there on fema trailer we were in process of moving stores there with trailer for a Lil reat and lady snaped called cops multiple times hursianings us mind I I just had triplits and have 2yr old proced to be nasty and say to me why don't u go have some more kids and live of government lady is horrible person
