6I do not live here full-time. My. Family owns 2 units. The Board is made up of close-minded people who keep a very tight rein on everything and do not communicate with the owners.
2 swimming pools, tennis court, and close to everything in town. The community has improved vastly over the past year. Tennis courts were redone, buildings painted, mulching the grounds, palm trees trimmed. Definitely a hidden gem in the Melbourne area.
Nice Place to Live, really quiet, nice atmosphere and super clean. Old buildings but very well maintained and apartments are nice and big.

Some of the people posting reviews on here are liars.
#1 these are privately owned condos - there is no office staff other than grounds keeper, pool, laundry room, picnic shelters, in door rec rooms, and mowing.
#2 I am black and my kids are mixed, none of the people are racists, except for a few loud mouth Democrats/trouble makers.
Racist. Don't waste your time if you are AA or have mixed children. This shouldn't be an issue in 2019.
Courtyard is a beautiful oasis. Gorgeous and well maintained pool. Coveted location. Only negative is that the office staff is iffy.
