I’m never coming back here again. They STOLE my $! I visited Sanctuary today, for the first and last time. They had a 50% off sale off of the entire store, so I indulged and purchased some crumble, which I never do, because of price. I live about 20 minutes west of the dispensary. I drove all the way home, and when I checked my bag (mistake, check it at the store, before you leave!) the little jar of crumble wasn’t there. I immediately got back in my car and drove back. When I got there, Matt, who was the bud tender that helped me, said he was going to check the cameras. “I got you” is all he kept saying. Well, he looked at the video and showed me what looks like his back to the camera and the crumble is on the counter and then it’s not. He did not have any footage of him putting it in the bag. He refused to make me whole again. I’m a 50-year-old woman, not some punk trying to score free product. I had purchased five other items with the crumble. They’re very slick, they do a slight-of-hand routine and they pocket your stuff. BE AWARE! CHECK YOUR BAG IN THE STORE, BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
