Recently checked out this new location and I was blown away by the customer service displayed. Dylan was the associate that took incredible care of me and was very personable. Will definitely be coming back to this location when my allotment frees up. Thanks for keeping the patient first.

Never again will I use this company. For 3 months I explained to management that the POS is set incorrectly as an cash withdrawal rather than purchase. This leads to monthly service fees on my statement. No other local dispensary does this type of uniformed transaction. Clerk rudely treated the disabled patient-me-including ignorant misinformation about POS systems. I was told to leave without my order. Treating a disabled patient in this manner is unacceptable. I will NEVER return to rude and ignorant. Back to Trulieve!

To be honest came in kind of crazy and was very angry took it out of the staff…. They are very awesome and kind calmed me down fixed my problems and wasn’t even upset that I had gotten angry. Evan shouldn’t of had to listen to me and Jason fixed everything wonderful manager making sure I come bk.
