4 Nice and safe place to live.
Near a Elementary school and bus stop to high and middle school near by.
Not uncommon to see EBT Americans fly out of this complex too fast or cause a wreck at the railroad crossing because they drive into oncoming traffic
Things that normally happen in this complex: screaming from sunset until sunrise coming from the complex or people walking near it, loud car stereos 24/7, these car stereo/rim/dark tint cars coming in 24/7 at like 2-3 AM then leaving a few minutes later, and pretty much predictable Jacksonville stuff. Hardly a "Sanctuary" when the short term occupants of these apartments impact homeowners and property values nearby with their problems just to move to another area of Jacksonville to continue their problems.
By far the worse place I've ever lived. Things are constantly breaking, but rarely get fixed. And when & if they get fixed it takes months for them to come fix it. My ceiling fan was out for a year and when maintenance finally came it took him less than 5 mins to fix it. My AC was out for 2 months, again took no time to fix. My dryer has been out for 2 months, that's still not fixed. And the list goes on.
