Allie is my hygienist and she is always so professional and courteous. She is very informative about all the procedures before she performs them. I am very appreciative of her expertise and her love for her profession! I always look forward to seeing her at my next appointment!

Shannon and Lianne got me in and out of my appointment with no fuss and completely satisfied. Love how professional and hospitable the staff are.

Shannon did a great job. She took her time to explain the process/steps. She worked quickly balanced with a gentle hand.

My kids absolutely love Miss Allie! She does a wonderful job of explaining what she is going to do and making them feel comfortable while she is cleaning their teeth.

We love going to Jen S! She puts my 6 year old son completely at ease and explains things to him in a way he can understand. He leaves feeling motivated to take good care of his teeth! She is the sweetest! He gets excited about going to the dentist because this place is great. And their tiny little building is cute and well kept and very clean.

I am like most people. I hate going to the dentist. I am unnerved with someone in "my bubble". I have put off going for too long. I reviewed several local dentists and thought I would try Sand Dollar. I liked how easy it was to complete the new patient paperwork. Was super easy did it all on my computer. Visit today was with Shannon, she was super sweet explained everything she was going to do. I have a sensative gag reflex and she was so understanding and helpful giving me a topical anesthetic that really worked. Shannon reviewed my xrays with me in detail told me the plan and what I could do at home to help. Dr Graves came in and was very professional and friendly. As first impressions go. I was impressed. I scored 4 stars only for the entrance to the building and it would have been nice to have panoramic x-ray. For me, it is more about atmosphere and professionalism, friendliest, cleanliness etc. Small town southern hospitality. By the way Shannon, I hope you and your son make wonderful memories this weekend. I know my family and I have when we have gone.

Allie and Dr. Holden were great. Allie was very thorough and explained every step during x-rays and cleaning. After a very bad experience with a former dentist Dr. Holden made me feel comfortable to be back in the dental chair. I highly recommend these folks.

This was my first visit to Sand Dollar Dental and I couldn't be more pleased with the staff, efficiency, professionalism and calming atmosphere. The coastal decor is very inviting also! As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed with a wonderful staff. Allie, the hygienist, was informative and such a sweetheart, she made my experience there wonderful. They have updated technological advances for example: the X-ray machines, the digital images, texting reminders, and filling out forms online for my new patient Information. Everything was easy and convenient. I would recommend to anyone in the FWB area to use this dental practice and all the services they offer!

Dr. Graves is always so upbeat and friendly and accommodating. Not only that he makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed with his demeanor and of course great music. Not to mention no pain! His assistant Jennifer makes sure you stay relaxed and takes extra time to explain anything you don’t understand. The way the doctor and is staff interact with each other is another reason I love coming here. They’re a team and a family and you don’t feel any tension. Leighann the patient coordinator is exactly what you want when you enter a business. She’s super nice, explains your co pays and takes time to let you know how long you’ll wait. She even texts you if there’s a sooner opening for your appointment. I couldn’t be happier with this entire staff and experience!

We took our 20 month old in for his first visit and Shannon and Dr Holden were so great with him! There were no tears at all and Dr Holden was extremely patient and encouraging with our son when he did not want to show his teeth. Shannon and Dr Holden’s main priority was making this visit a good experience for our son and they knocked it out of the park.

Oh my goodness what a fantastic place! The entire staff was beyond great. Megan answered my endless questions, and Dr. Keith Holden felt like prince charming. He was very thorough with his explanations and was fun, friendly, and kind.
This is just the place I’ve been looking for, and I’m so grateful that all my neighbors kept pointing the way to Sand Dollar. I’ll point, too! You will be glad you went!

I had an appointment today for restorative TX. My experience was GREAT! I was in and out in no time. Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful.

I had a great visit with Allie today. Not only do I now have perfectly clean teeth she also offered education on how I can improve my oral health

Best dental experience I've ever had, staff were friendly and informative. Doc was easy to talk to and not pushy Great job guys.

2nd visit to Sand Dollar was today had a very pleasant friendly visit today and the 1st visit was awesome as well. Having crown and partial procedure done Both Dr. Graves and Dr. Holden were truly great no pain and made you feel very comfortable. Hats off to the hygienist and to the receptionist Lianne. Awesome, Awesome experience.

Was so lucky to have heard a radio advert for this place just as I moved into town and needed a new Dentist. Had a thorough and truly enjoyable cleaning and evaluation with Allie today discussing what is going right and what I need to keep diligent on. Mad respect for Dr. Graves for his skills and demeanor.

Went in to have a few crowns done. Dr.graves as usual was on top of his game. And his assistant Jennifer was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone.

I refuse to support a business that references someone going over the handlebars of their bike losing teeth as looking like a "hillbilly" on 92.1FM. My family is from the hills of Kentucky. We have all of our teeth. Thanks! Go somewhere with your stereotypes!
