Sandal Factory, Key West FL

Large selection of shirts and foot wear. They are not cheep as the sign tells you (4 shirts for $10). Most shirts there are in the. $29 range that you would want. Shoes are the same. Store was clean and people was friendly. Friendly service. Back today to purchase sandals but most were very expensive. The staff is very friendly.

This is the first location as you're approaching Key West! Nice big store that looks a little rough on the outside but worthy of a visit to complete your souvenir list! So much variety! There are tons of name brand and just normal printed t-shirts! This store is stocked beyond belief with every size, design, and color! If you can't find your gifts here and complete your list, there's something wrong! It's not the cleanest store or the friendliest employees! Give it a shot and enjoy it. You won't be disappointed!

Decent selection of tshirts, sandals and souvenirs. Only thing is I'm a big guy and they didn't have a lot for big guys

A decent selection not a whole lot of men's sandals but very very expensive $75 for a pair of hey dudes

Cool store with lots of stuff. Their main advertising of 4 t-shirts for $10 is true, BUT you probably don't want it, as the quality of t-shirts could be better.
I got a nice t-shirt with the hat for $23. With prices around, it was a great deal.
Bracelets about $15.
If you need something, I would recommend stopping by.

Great selection of affordable souvenirs, invited our pup in with us. The woman working was helpful, friendly, and a great source of local information.

Sent to the owners…. We just visited your store in stock island and spent close to $400. Your cashier (originally from New Jersey) was lovely, friendly and service oriented. However the manager, with the short white hair, was incredibly rude. As we walked into the store, with empty coffee cups, she says “No food or drink in the store”. We were looking for a trash can outside and there was not one.
So I asked, oh do you have a trash can? And she rolls her eyes and points to a can. No welcome to the store or thanks for visiting us. Throughout the shopping trip, when asked questions about what was included in the sale or if more inventory was available, she replied abruptly and in a rude tone. Minimal response (I.e. When I asked if two tables were part of the BOGO half off, her reply was, “if they have a circle”).
I asked the cashier if she was the owner and was told that she was the manager. She walked behind the cashier desk and I asked her (the mgr) if she had a problem with us. Her reply was no, why? I then said she is very rude (I have been in the service industry for 25+ years) and her response was “what did I say” To which I replied it was more her tone (and demeanor).
I thought this was a small locally owned business until I saw you have 9 locations. I truly don’t think you want someone like that representing your business or leading your employees. She would benefit from a serious dose of customer service 101.
I hope you take the feedback seriously because she isn’t good for your business.

Had no 2 XL. No one to help you. Huge store with a lot of shirts but all small sizes. Prices highfir the quality we saw

They have any and every kind of flip-flops imaginable! All the BEST brands, Reef, Roxy, Sanuk, Teva, Cobain, they have a wonderful selection of Vans sneakers. Swimwear for men, women and kids at reasonable prices. We'll be stopping in every time we come to Key West.

Friendly staff and a large assortment of souvenirs to bring home. Prices are reasonable for shirts. Some items are a bit overpriced but it’s just a souvenir shop!

I Love this Store. I buy My reef flip flops there every time I need some new ones. They last Me 5 yrs or more. Love, Love, Love this Store

The prices offered for beach and ocean-related items at this establishment are truly fantastic. It serves as an excellent destination for finding Key West souvenirs and mementos, capturing the essence of this vibrant coastal city.

Has everything you could possibly need. Went in to get some comfy shoes for my dad and we were very happy with the selection. They have t-shirts, beach dresses, sunscreen, scuba goggles, more shoe options than you could imagine, and much more. Checkout was very quick for the amount of people that were in the store. Only thing I would recommend is a couple more dressing rooms. I wasn’t able to try anything on so I just returned clothes to the racks.
