HOA costs on the rise due to poor HOA management. They don't bother to hear residents opinions before making costly decisions. They obviously took kickbacks from the new cable vendor. Joanne is extremely rude and says hateful things to us and other residents. She acted as if we needed her permission to buy our townhouse, then insisted we don't believe COVID is real.excuse me?

Management has declined over the years and it seems that many renters in the community are undesirable. The HOA Board needs to be a bit more selective when approving renters in this community.

This place is slowly in decline. Just look at their hedges along Congress.
