Hello all: this is going to be a post about where I live. My name is Carol Garcia an I live in Sandhill Shores. We have been here for three years. I love the community that I live in. There is always something to do.
The staff is wonderful to work with. Laura the Manager is always busy but if you need her she is there. I have never gone to her without her treating me like family. Rick is the maintenance supervisor. He has always come to the rescue. The girls in the office are sweet as can be. Bill is a general contractor. If it is broke he can fix it.
As most if you can tell I love my community. Come visit us at Sandhill Shores. We are the Yes Community.

I would just like to say what a pleasure it is to be a resident of the most Fabulous Community in our Area.
The girls in the front office are great, if you have a problem they’re right on the ball to solve it as soon as Possible.
Our Manager Laura is the most fair, caring, understanding person I have ever met.
When ever I’m out and about I do nothing but brag on this Community & wonderful caring Employees.

My initial visit was Amazing, I was greeted by Bridget at the front desk, she is so pleasant
to deal with, Good vibrations, and explained everything to me from renting to purchasing.
I and pending approval, I hope I do get approved because I like the place, very clean, pleasant workers wish me luck.

I moved in just recently and I had a little honey to do list and my first day they had it all handled neighbors are friendly places well kept really excited to be here

Wonderful, spotless place. Plenty of things to do! Shuffleboard, pool, gym. Many more. Good prices.
Staff is so caring and professional.

No honesty and no integrity! They told my mother and I that the only reason she didn’t qualify was her debt to income ratio. So i took out a $7000 loan to pay off all my moms debt. As a recently discharged Army veteran I really don't have a lot of financial means but I wanted to help my mom. We brought them proof of paid balances and they put us off for weeks waist if our time just to tell us “no” and that they had given the home to someone else. What an awful thing to do to someone. You gave us marching orders and we did our part. My mon was heart broken and I’m paying off a loan I didn’t even need to take out. Thanks for nothing.

I moved into Sandhill Shores, three years ago. When I first saw the park it was dismal and old. However, the transformation is amazing! Sandhill Shores is absolutely beautiful. Sandhill Shores is landscaped and kept immaculate. The hard work and dedication of the maintenance crew and Laura, the manager, have created a wonderful and safe place to live and call home.

We have the great opportunity to help make this community even more beautiful. The staff have been nothing short of great knowledgeable and helpful love working in this community.

I’ve lived here 6 months. All along they know my toilet is backed up from day one. No one has come to fix it. These are “slap together ” homes rushed and the most basic cheap materials they can find! It looks pretty.then you move in! Floors are down like paper. Bubbles all around. Walls cave in because they were installed improperly. Shelving tilts and it’s obvious! Awning flew off in 35mph winds! That’s scary! My neighbors mailbox flew off in same winds! We are all brand new! They don’t give you grass.they “seed it”. Yet 6 months later no grass! We put grass down in our rental! We pay a maintaince fee for lot rent. Yet grass is knee high all the time! But… they have the nerve to demand we remove weeds from a garden they made.we didn’t ask for nor wanted! They can’t maintain the property apparently! I even asked if I could grass over their garden. I’m disabled, we are senior citizens. We moved here to avoid yard work! Yet somehow we are being held responsible? We had leaks immediately because they forgot to cap off our vent over the stove so water came pouring down the wall. In the vent! It could of started an electrical fire! I have never been so disappointed in my life in a place that appeared lovely. Just a reminder that not everything is as it appears! Renters & buyers…Be Aware! This 55+ community isn’t at all as it appears!

I have only been living here a short time. I moved here in March. So far my neighbors that I have met are very friendly and out going. The office staff is very nice and pleasant to talk with. The community is clean and quiet. If I have an issue they do their best to resolve it quickly. My only thing is that I wish I moved here sooner.

I love the office and maintains personal. They are super friendly. There is nothing in their power that they will mot do for you. This is what I call a true community

This is a GREAT Community. The park is super clean, the amenities are great, & the staff is 2nd to none! I would also like to add that a review has been previously submitted with my name attached. However, I DID NOT write that review!

Sandhill Shores is the best kept secret in Fort Pierce, Fl. Our property mgr Laura is very nice.

I visited a friend here, it's a very nice place. They have a community center, swimming pool and lots of activities.
