While yesterday was my first visit to Sandpiper Dental, I have to say I was beyond impressed. The staff was very attentive in every way. Dr. Doan was very patient while answering all of my questions and in reviewing the process of my procedure. I would highly recommend.

I moved to Jax in August, so I was looking for a new dentist here and decided to come to this business because of the shining 5 star reviews. The hygienist and the staff were extremely nice, but the dentist herself was extremely rude, spent a total of 2 minutes in the room, barely looked at my teeth, and during those two minutes tried to tell me I needed veneers, gum graft surgery, that I had 4 cavities, and I needed invisalign/braces or my teeth would flare out. I go to the dentist every 6 months, and have not had a cavity, or any issues, in my entire life. I decided to get a second opinion from a dentist in the area, and was told that I do not have any cavities, need gum grafting, or veneers. The only truth Dr. Doan told me was that I will need invisalign eventually, but she made it seem extreme and used scare tactics to try to get more money. This woman tried to scare me into paying $575 to have 4 fillings. I am disgusted at the dishonesty from someone who is supposed to be a healthcare provider. Just a tip if you decide to go here for a cleaning, if they tell you that you suddenly developed 4 cavities in the 6 months from your last cleaning, ask questions and get a second opinion because this "doctor" just wants as much of your money as she can get.

I can’t speak highly enough about how nice the staff is here! They made me feel extremely comfortable throughout my entire visit. They were also very responsive and made scheduling an appointment so easy.

Love this dentist, I use them for all my dentistry needs! They are amazing, always providing friendly and personable customer service. This most recent time I needed an emergency appointment for my toothache and they were able to fit me in immediately when I called.

I had a great experience, once again, and a terrific cleaning and check-up! Everyone is very personable and professional.

Always fast! Cleanings are in and out in 40mins and I never have to wait. They are always friendly and remember your family details. And of course do a great job on all your dentals needs

Very friendly staff, quick check in, no wait. My Hygienist Jessica is AMAZING! I have a 45 min drive but will continue to go here for the quality of service! Highly recommended this office.

Sandpiper Dental Office is the best. They have always made me feel at ease. I have had 3 crowns so far and they are phenomenal. I have quite a bit of dental work to get done and they are the best. They make the crowns in office so you get them that same day. No waiting! The front office ladies are so friendly and they are very accommodating. If you have any fears of going to a dentist, visit this office and you will have no more fears. They are the best!

Lindsay and Dr Doan where fabulous at replacing a 11 year old crown. Each step of the process was explained and the entire procedure took less than 2 hours.

I left the office with little pain and by the afternoon my bite was back to normal

Best staff ever! I usually dread going to the dentist and then I found Sandpiper Dental. Everyone is super nice and helpful which i'm thankful for because i've had a hard time finding a good dentist. Jessica was my dental hygienist and she was awesome! Super nice and knowledgeable. I get anxiety when going to the dentist and they all made me feel welcomed and at ease. I couldn't recommend this office enough!

Very professional and perform difficult procedures quickly. I have been to other dentist in Jacksonville and left unhappy. I am glad to have found a dentist that I can count on. Do yourself a favor if you aren't happy or don't like taking chances go to Dr Kim Doan.
