Who refuses a hug from a 4yo in pain? Dr. S. Dee did and that was so heartbreaking. I will never take my kids to her again.

Dr Dee is one of the WORST doctors I have experienced in 35 years. My son with autism couldn't get a referral to a neurologist till he was nearly 8 to be diagnosed with autism. She Haas never cared for the patients enough to listen to what's going on. She's only in it for the money. My recent experience that stopped me from using her as a PCP is that my son was self harming in a very dangerous amount. I attempted to get hospital home bound school because that's what the social worker said to get for it. His primary to refer it. She did after seeing how bad he harmed himself. Then when they called to finally set him up she took back the referral and my son missed 7 months of the 8th grade because he couldn't get the hospital homebound schooling due to her taking back the referral a week later when the school called to verify. Ultimately robbing my son of his 8th grade year of school. He sat at home not learning anything. Was heart breaking. I would never suggest anyone uses her. If you want a doctor looking for your child's best interest, safety and prosperity, this is NOT THE DOCTORS OFFICE!

Mrs Sandra Dee is the best Dr for Children in Orange City. All of my grand kids. Brandon. Bianca. George.novelli.has been seen with her since they were babies. 3 of them are adults now. She is an awesome dr. The best of the best. God bless you always.

I feel very annoyed with the reception staff, it's incredible how they can show their professionalism, you call and ask for an appointment, they leave you waiting for up to 30 minutes if you don't want to speak English, having staff who speak Spanish, besides that you make an appointment and You arrive on the day of the appointment, and coincidentally that day there are no doctors but they never called you back and they didn't let you know, you make a new appointment and you return an hour late because there are no doctors, I understand that, but what I don't I understand it is how patients who arrived without an appointment are treated with priority, knowing that you have an appointment days in advance, I claim and what they know how to say they arrived from 8 AM and are being treated in order of arrival, it is fine but they should have order for patients who have an appointment, and also respect those who are arriving and give them turns, my children have been patients without appointments and I have had to wait and that is why it did not bother me, but if I have an appointment reserved it is for them to set the time or At least explain to me that they are full but that those who arrive without an appointment go first. Terrible reception, the Doctors are very good, unfortunately their staff gives a lot to say!

The worst Dr. Ped really i try not to visit because its always the same, they don’t listen to your concerns and needs. My daughter has autism she only eats few stuff but obviously they only like to give u meds and send u home no options. They dont really help a lot they want their money from the insurance and thats it

Excellent pediatrician. A no non-sense physician with a great rapport with a professional support staff. The office have a total of 3 to 4 physicians on a daily basis. My child have been under their care for the last 5 years!

My daughter tested positive for strep throat and was advised to start anabiotic‘s immediately yet this doctor’s office didn’t send her prescription over for about 32 hours, leaving me in a position of having to go to the emergency room just to get the medication that my child needed as she was running 102° fever do not go here. They are horrible and do not care.

Doctor D is amazing. So caring and compassionate. If you need a pediatrician that cares and will go the extra mile for your little one, you need to contact doctor D. You can’t get better care anywhere.
