Sanford Carpet and Flooring installed my extra-wide livingroom carpet, and the results are stunning. The extra room width necessitated a seam be placed in the carpet, which upon installment, is virtually invisible. Sandy made sure that I love my carpet and I do.

Glad I chose them! I live out of state and was nervous about which company to chose to do the work of replacing carpets of a house destroyed by cats. My wife refused to live in a house that smelled like cat pee. Haha.

So, I explained my situation and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I received a quote with carpet options very quickly. They also describe their plan for dealing with the cat smell. Once we decided on the carpet it was ordered and a date to install set.

On the installation they went above and beyond helping me. From getting the work done while facing Floridas endless weather challenges. To advising me on the situation as they were on site and having incredible communication every step of the way.

I was out of state and I can’t tell you how easy they made the process. Once we arrived in the house we are very happy with the end results. The house looks incredible and that cat smell is gone. Trust the reviews and the good people here to take great care of your flooring needs.

Note: We live in Lake Nona and SC&F gave me no issues with working with us although they are 45 minutes to an hour away. If you live in Lake Nona, give SC&F a try and ask to speak with John!

We recently hired Sanford Carpet and Flooring (hereafter SC&F) to install some beautiful LVP in our upstairs bedrooms and tile in the ground floor office. SC&F was recommended by our painter who also recently painted my entire home before we moved in. Quotes were timely, price was very reasonable and the job was very well done.

We worked mainly with John who was very knowledgeable and a just all around great guy. We met John at the store in Sanford and had a lot of help picking out our LVP. They have a lovely storefront. We were on a strict time frame to get the work done and John came through by securing our materials well before delivery date (some sort of magic!) and getting them installed ASAP. Thank you John!

The two gentleman who installed the LVP were timely on their arrival, very respectful and neat, finishing all 3 bedrooms in 1 day! They did a wonderful job. And I can't forget about Rick and his partner.they were excellent tilers. My new tile floor looks absolutely incredible.

Visited this company based on the recommendation of my new neighbor and a family member. Needed over 900 sq feet of carpet replaced in my new home. I was running into a problem of finding a carpet I liked but having a long (13 to 28 days) delivery time quoted. Not including scheduling the installation date on top of this.

This company not only help me pick out a carpet style that worked in my space and I liked. The delivery time of the carpet was only 4 to 5 days and installation was scheduled (ASAP) the day after they received it. (Which was last week for me.) I went slightly over my budget for this project. However having everything done and being able to finally set up my furniture was worth it.

Special shout out to the father and son installers who to my embarrassment I did not catch the names of. Hard workers and very nice people.

Lawrence was available every step of the way when we decided to replace our old wood flooring with new wood floors. Every phone call/email/question was promptly answered. The demo guys and the installers took great care with their work, as well as with moving our furniture and cleanup. Installation was completed January 2023.100% satisfied!

If you are looking for quality of product, exceptionally professional service and fair pricing you can stop looking. I am an investor and deal with a lot of contractors. I called Sanford Carpet and Flooring to get a bid to compare to my other bids to recarpet my entire 2 story home. They had an estimate prepared within a couple days. The quality of carpet was twice that of my other bids and the price was fair! They installed the carpet in a timely manor working around my painters schedule.
