Great property! Hannah in the office is wonderful! So happy to have moved here.

I really enjoyed living here. It was not just the amenities but the sense of community that got established here. When Marcela worked here, she got me into a great apartment, and Tasha was always a pleasure to work with. I liked seeing all my friends every week at the pool. A sense of community is hard to find in other apartment complexes. The monthly events helped, but it also helped that we were not too far from the beach, karaoke and other shared interests. Many of the neighbors are still friends even after leaving the complex.

We moved here in August 2020. After hurricane Ian, this complex is not the same. The location is great, but I do not recommend it if you have kids or if you don't like smokers.
