Wow I had such a wonderful experience at this place. First let me start off by saying, I was a new patient here, before I could finish filling out my paperwork, I was already assisted by a staff and taken back. The medical assistant Carlos was so sweet and wonderful. He had me laughing the entire time and he was easy to be around. Next, I met with Dr. Daniel Molinar, whom was very friendly and pleasant. We engaged in a personal conversation and he made me feel like I was talking to a long time friend, he was able to get my labwork done at the office. I then had my blood drawn by Sandra M, who was very wonderful and friendly. We spoke in details about our lives and she was hilarious. She had me cracking up every time she called me girl. It was an amazing experience all around. I was in and out so quickly, not to mention how clean and nice the place was. It was super cold, which I like because I feel like they're trying to keep germs and bacteria down to a minimum. I would definitely go again and recommend others. P. S They also bill as a PCP which i loveeeeeeeee

Went here to get a referral for an orthopedic when I had two broken bones in my wrist. They failed to fax the referral to the doctor I needed to see and caused in the cancellation of my appointment to get my wrist treated. When they finally did send the referral over, it was sent with an incorrect diagnosis code. I had to spend hours on the phone and wait two days for them to send a fax that should have taken ten seconds. Meanwhile I was stuck in a temporary cast I got from the ER that was only supposed to stay on for 24 hours. When I did finally get to see the orthopedic, I was sent to a surgeon to get surgery I was told I needed immediately. Again it took multiple phone calls and three days to get a referral for the surgeon. Unacceptable treatment, beyond poor service, and a complete lack of patient compassion.

Carlos B was great! I had a great appt they were really helpful, he helped me with my app so patience and gave me great attention:) best appt and clinic so far! Dr Daniel Molinar was the best too

Had a great tele health experience with Sanitas and plan to use them from now on as my primary care. Carlos B did a great job getting me ready for my first ever telehealth visit and couldn't have been nicer. The physician I saw was Enda Talabert and she was great as well. Listened to my issues and helped to solve them. All in a great experience.

Carlos B was the best medical assistance that took great care of me. He was very happy even though the whole world is going through this pandemic. I am super grateful that he assisted me today and Sandra was also very helpful too. Both of them were super awesome and I am very satisfied, definitely go to this office!

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional office in my life, in Janurary i went to the Pompano office it took 3 months and probably 20 calls to get my blood work results, i decided to try the Boca office the pharmacy has called them 3 times this week and i called multiple times about getting my blood pressure medicine renewed they keep on telling me its been excilated you will recieve a call in 24 hours no call, i called yesterday complained again was told i would get a call back yesterday no call no meds called in i have no medication for a week, i was sent to the hospital by the nurse practioner for an abdominal scan on June 25 i have called for the results at least 10 times and i get the same thing i got with the medication or we dont have the results If you don't have them yet you should have ordered them I've only called at least 10 times you have a very unprofessional office your staff is lacking and whoever manages it is doing an awful job.
