Sanitas Medical Center, Fort Lauderdale FL

Good doctors group at Ft. Lauderdale location. Had an initial appointment issue but Antoinette at the front desk was terrific and worked her magic to take care of the problem. Dr. Diaz-Barcelo is a wonderful doctor, great bed side manner. Need a good doctor and company, I recommend Sanitas.

5 star service. Dr Carlos is great. The staff up front and the Nurses in the back are very courteous, smiles and conversation will have you forgetting why you are here

OMG every one in there is a mazing, josh the other black short lady so nice they are perfect for their job the two doctors In there are great too, I can count on them for any questions and medical problems 10 stars if I could’ve.

Last time I made 28 phone calls before I received a return call. Now I have been without medication for over a week and I've called 9 times without a response.

If you have a primary doctor at this office you will be unable to get an appointment if you are sick or have any problem. My wife just called the office and was told the first available appointment is 34 days away from the time I called. Or I can go to the emergency room. This is the second time this happened to me. If you call the office they say if you are in Florida press 1, for Connecticut press 2, New Jersey press 3, and Texas press 4.and so on.

Everyone was so professional. Madjina, Dr. Díaz, and Yulie were so helpful and nice. Also, the establishment was super clean.

Very professional, calming atmosphere. Answered all my questions. Highly reccomend this facility!

Place and Staff are AMAZING. I loved Dr. Krantz MA July and Joshua they are amazing people. I will definitely continue to come to this office. I been seeing Dr.krantz for 2 years now and I’m very pleased with the service and his knowledge.

I had an issue with my insurance company and had to speak to a manager. I was sent to talk to Mrs. Taveras who patiently listened to my issue, called the insurance company and a "provider" (I don't know). But she fixed the issue and I was seen to. I'm very pleased and happy with this medical center's service. Thank you and please keep it going and commend the personal for me.

Dr. Krantz, Rafael, and Madjina were all amazing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I normally don’t like going to the doctor but they made it a great experience. I definitely recommend.

I like this office a little better then plantation office. It doesn’t seem crazy. Joshua checked me in and was really nice. Rafael is definitely the person to see if your down. Such a bubbly loving personality. Dr krantz was awesome. He definitely cared about my concerns. Madjina check me out and was very nice and she provided me with all the information i definitely needed for appointments outside the office
