Sanitas Medical Center, Palm Beach Gardens FL

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The office staff is terrible, rude, and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and make a visit literally anywhere else.

I’m a new patient and this medical office in Palm Beach Gardens has the very best staff. They are very kind, patient and extremely friendly and helpful. I feel very lucky to be a part of the medical office. I highly recommend them. They are extremely efficient and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you. Andrew G. 11/6/2020

I transferred to Sanitas Medical center located in PBG not a while ago. Dr. Justiz is really thorough and very patient explaining everything you need to know. The staff are super friendly and very helpful in sending the referrals and making the appointments. Very happy with this office! Highly recommend this office!

My Experience today was Great! Dr Justiz Patrick and the Entire Staff Emerald, Carolina, Tania are Very Friendly & Helpful. And the wait wasn't long.

My experience at this MD office was great, extremely attentive, clean and professional. I haven’t been to see a provider in a long while and I felt st ease. Thankyou for a great experience and I’m back in 4 weeks. If your looking for a new provider this is it, great parking, and easy access to i95 or turnpike

Awesome, awesome, awesome. The welcoming staff and medical assistant Emerald were superbly pleasant. DR. ESTANISE METELLUS-JEAN, is the best. I have had visit with someone else at this location and, I could tell by body language that he didn't want to be bothered. Dr. Jean always makes my visit pleasant and most comfortable. Dr. Jean gets to know you the patient. And I leave the office feeling 100% well even before medications.

The worst. Doctor was 45 minutes late for the appointment to review my lab results with me. The nurse finally asked, "do you want to know your lab results? " And then hung up. When I called back, they said I can only see my lab results online. I guess the doctor doesn't review the lab results with his patients. I would not recommend to anyone. So frustrating.

I have been at the clinic and received wonderful care and attantion from DR. Jean. I feel that I am in good hands. Highly recommended!

Sanitas PALM BEACH GARDENS staff is excellent, office very clean I highly recommend this office to all my friends and family.

I went for my first appointment and was impressed. The staff were welcoming and professional. Dr. Justiz was very thorough. My only annoyances were that I was asked to complete forms which I did on-line days before and was unable to print them as there was no Print button. When I completed the forms it said Submit. Once I submitted them they were gone. I figured they were electronically sent. The day before my appointment I received a phone call asking all same questions again, including specialists I see and meds I take.
On day of appt I had to complete parts of these forms again. Then Dr. Justiz asked me again all the same questions. I wonder what happened to the electronic forms and what I answered on the phone. Then Dr. Justiz was concerned because my BP was high. It’s a wonder it wasn’t higher.

Carlina and denise were very nice, office is very clean, DR justiz was very nice I love sanitas palm beach gardens.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful! Dr. Jean has a great sense of humor. The office is always spotless. Best doctors service I have found in South Florida.
