They’ve gotten amazing staffs that helped us on difficult referrals and they are very friendly.

You will see your Doctor the first day, and NEVER AGAIN after that. My supposed PCP has no idea if I am still alive. Have not seen her in YEARS. They just don't care. Switching to more caring, and attainable health professionals and providers.

There IS NEVER AN APPOINTMENT available with Dr. Pereira. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I HAVE NOT SEEN MY SUPPOSED "PCP" IN 2 YEARS

Excellent, welcoming medical center where the wait is less than 5 minutes. The Dra Denia Pedreira is the best in all Sanitas, she is very professional, dedicated, friendly and makes the patient feel comfortable. Yoly her assistant is very helpful and very knowledgeable about her profession. The PRC is very professional, friendly and excellent customer service. Visiting this center is like being at home. Congratulations!

It is cruel that doctors at Sanitas practice commerce instead of.medicine. Unfortunately, the general public has no way of defending itself without adequate understanding of medicine. These people are stealing candy from babies. Only it's much worse than candy. They take advantage of the fact that the overwhelming number of patients have no concept of medical condition or what adequate care is.

Even when the doctor performs with a modicum of professionalism, the ancillary staff wage a battle of attrition making mistakes that invariably delay treatment and withhold services. When patients die without proper treatment. Sanitas and Florida Blue see greater profit margins.

Today was my first visit. All appointment confirmation and check in procedure was done through technology, I was able to sign in as I was walking into the building. My wait time was very little, significantly less than other medical offices. Dr. Pedreira and her staff were very professional and courteous. Recommended.

Excellent and fast service. The Doctor Montano and her assistant were nice, efficient and solved my problem in a timely manner.

I'm being seen by Dr Dania Pedreira, I have to say that she is amazing and the whole staff they made me feel special when I wasn't feeling that good, but it was a beautiful experience and I strongly recommend anyone come and visit this office.

I was assisted by Natalia at the front, Stephanie the nurse, and Dr. Montano. They were helpful, quick, and welcoming at the front from beginning to end. Stephanie was so sweet and calmed my nerves as she got me ready for the doctor. And Dr. Montano answered ALL my questions, and took my concerns seriously. It was my first time here and I have no reason not to come back. It was nice having an appointment time and not having to wait forever to be seen.

After some time going to Palmetto Bay, i still feel this is one of the better working centers. Brittany is amazing! I wish they did labs there so I'd never have to go to another center. Also wish they had more doctors to choose from.

I've been a long term member of the Sanitas center, however today was my first time at the Palmetto Bay location and couldn't be any happier. The front desk staff was friendly yet professional, helpful and knowledgeable. My physician Dr. Martinez was AMAZING! Best doctor I've been to ever! Amazing bed side manner, respectful, attentive, and experienced. Now a days physicians are more preoccupied with their EMR than on the patient or their symptoms, however Dr Martinez knew how to balance the examination perfectly. Lastly but not least, Veronica the office manager is the best physician office manager I've ever encountered, seriously! Not only was her approach with her staff admirable, but her attention to me as a patient was top notch! Sanitas is lucky to have her and is easy to see why she has been promoted.

It's important to note I am not affiliated with the company except as a patient, but I've been in the healthcare industry for almost 2 decades specifically in administration and can say without an ounce of doubt the Palmetto Bay location is being administrated the right way. It's a shame I can't say the same about other Sanitas centers. GREAT JOB DONE PALMETTO BAY OFFICE.

This is my 3rd visit and the customer service is always excellent! From Anabels welcoming smile, Dr. Pedreira always efficient, detailed and professional. She is an excellent doctor! On my way out was greeted by Lorena the office manager, who was checking in on how my visit had gone. I highly recommend Palmetto Bay to everyone.

Annabelle was fantastic. She was tasked with helping me correct an insurance and find proper care. I am so very thankful and blessed this woman treated me with dignity and respect something i have begged for the last 4 months of my health issue. Also a shout out to Dr. Denia who helped me sort out a path we needed to take and how to get there for the best possible care. This location.and these women went above and beyond to help.me in a very problematic medical situation. Thank you so very much.
