5 I had a virtual appointment for annual exam 2 weeks ago that was canceled. Then I made an in person appointment for tomorrow and that appointment was canceled. This place is horrible.

I did email customer support. They were very helpful and made sure my appointment was confirmed. I had a great experience except they sent my refills to the wrong pharmacy. I updated the pharmacy on file with them when I arrived but it was still sent to the incorrect pharmacy. They need to get it together.

My veins are very difficult to find so that they can draw my blood, but in this center the person in the laboratory is very efficient and it is always easy for her to find my veins. The general treatment of the staff is good, and although I live a little far away I prefer come here because I know that they always treat me well, the only thing is that they must update the payment methods because they don't have to pay by Apple Pay!
