Sanitas Medical Center, Clermont FL

Vanessa and Milly were absolutely amazing. Not only did they resolve our issues wrt insurance, but were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. The entire staff were extremely supportive and friendly as well. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience in any medical facility like this before!

Every single time I log into the chat for any help, the men waste my time and the women help me. If I'm chatting with a male employee of yours, he will take a long time and tell me he can't do anything. And the last two times this happened, I entered a separate chat on my computer and one of your female employees would help me quickly and communicating the entire way. Why do you continue to hire men who do not benefit your company? Carlos Mesino JUST did it again today. He wasted my time. While Karina helped me so quickly and communicated with me the entire time. Shame on your company for how your male employees treat your female patients. It's disgusting.

Great place very nice staff and nurses the front desk lady's Vanessa and milly were great and helpful very quiet place with low wait times very fast service recommend this place to anyone

I really don't understand why is too impossible to write a referal to Moffitt Hospital.is so unprofessional. Don't use this facility Sanitas Clermont.

This place is unfortunately (for now) is my primary care. They are ALWAYS messing up supply orders and EVERY TIME I've had an appointment they make me wait an hour past appointment times. Terrible place for medical care.

I really like this medical center. The appointment times are short, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Vanessa, Milly, and a lady who I didn’t know her name, they helped me a lot, solving all my problems. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent service, the two ladies at the front are very cordial and helpful. My mom was seen by Dr Marta Bonkowiski and she was great, very patient and compassionate; great bedside manner. The nurses and other staff also very nice and understanding. I'm glad Sanitas has a Clermont location now. The only thing I feel the need to improve on is having a direct phone line to this location, I can't get never get a hold of this location directly, the call gets routed to a call center where I have to leave message requesting someone from this location to call back.

This Sanitas is one of the best I have ever been to, From the front desk Milly and Vanessa to the Nurses Mimi, Ivan and Rocy to the amazing providers Mrs Sonja and Dr Bonkowsky. The manager is super nice and very helpful she answered all the questions I had at the moment. 10/10️

The Medical Appointment was September 12,2023 (Tuesday) Vanessa and Militza assisted us, truly very happy with tremendous service, very Professional.

I can't say enough about my 9/7/23 visit to the Clermont, FL location. First, I was ecstatic to have an office with an ARNP. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and checked in. I did have an issue with my insurance, they did not have the Sanitas office in Clermont listed as my PCP. Militza and Vanessa at the front desk were very patient as it got sorted out. I was kind of being a butt but they maintained their professionalism. The young nurse that took my vitals and intake was very personable and funny - he truly knows how to put patients at ease. Nurse (ARNP) Sonja was VERY warming and her exams (breast and PAP smear) were quite comforting and thorough. She asked me far more questions about my medical history than my previous doctor. I returned the following week for blood work and got the same reception and feeling as the first visit. All in all, I truly recommend this location.

I have been looking for a great practice since I moved to Clermont, and I have finally found it. No one loves going to the doctor, but the staff here make it as comfortable as possible. Everyone was above and beyond kind! Vanessa and Militza at the front desk were very sweet and welcoming. They assisted me as soon as I came in. The nurse that took my vitals was very kinda too! I saw the nurse practitioner Sonja who was amazing. I did not feel rushed at all, she look the time to listen to me, and had a great bedside manner. She was empathetic and very knowledgable. I also love that they have in house lab work- makes it so convenient to get everything done in one day. Thank you for the excellent service and care!
