5Lots of favoritism and anti-employee policies. It's not equal opportunity employment either because many positions are either not advertised or they are advertised for such a short window that sometimes you can't even apply for them depending on your shift. I'd stay clear of this place and find somewhere that's more established and matured. SanMar has been around a while but this DC has changed management so many times that everything is still not set in stone.
Use this place a lot for my work at righteous threads embroidery and they have excellent customer service and quality goods and fast shipping
