Horrible environment, place was smelly and unclean, products weren't used properly, a very bad place to go for natural hair, hair was braided extremely tight, the person doing my hair was extremely aggressively, and very unprofessional, it seemed like I was unimportant as she was constantly doing other things, instead of my actually doing my hair, didn't use a heat protectant when blow drying my hair, combed out dry hair, could've caused breakage, drying my hair with a towel, and didnt even blowdry my Hair all the way lol, just an overall bad experience and sloppy, I immediately took the style out as soon as I got home, i honestly feel robbed no hairstyle should be charged that much, especially with that type of service, id give it a 0 review if i could promise. Please dont go here if you have natural hair it isn't pleasant, they dont care about the customer, just the money

Love love love and will most definitely go back. Patrica hooked myself and daughter up with box braids. I was a walk in and they worked me in. You come in with smiles and respect and both Patricia and Priscilla will give you the absolute same! Very much worth the wait if you find they are busy. They are busy for a reason those blessed hands doing their thing.

They are very good at their job. I took my 2 daughters (ages 10&5) here for back to school braids. The hair came out perfect but the price was 350 for both of them. Their hairstyles was medium shoulder length lemonade braids and a simply cornrow style. I would’ve went somewhere else but school was the very next day and I couldn’t find anyone on short notice so I paid it. I recently wanted to get my hair done and thought maybe if I style my natural hair or get something super simple, easy and quick it won’t cost as much. I went to get 6 big feedins and they wanted to charge $150 I left out the door after hearing that. I won’t be returning again. If u love quality and perfection and don’t mind the price tag I would recommend them but if you love your money more save your time on these hijacked prices

Even though she left me for about 2 hours because of a family emergency.priscilla slayed tf out of my short curly hair edges and all in about 2 hours. (it was about 30 braids, 15 in front, 20 in the back) I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK LOVE YOU SO MUCH ️️️️.

The ladies doWalk-Ins, braids are really good & neat, and more than one will help finish your hair (when others are free) which leads to quick services.

These ladies are a team and they work together to get things done quickly. My braids came out nicely even though I was a last minute walk in. They made it work for me! They were courteous and I enjoyed being there, full of conversation. I just moved here and I’m glad that I have an affordable place to come and get my hair professionally braided! Thanks Ladies!

Disgusting, unsanitary, dirty. Left feeling gross and unhappy. Unprofessional at it's finest. Appointment was ignored 3 hours for two braids. Trash food and hair everywhere. Rude and violent stylist. Smelt terrible. Don't waste your time or money you will regret suffering there.

First let me start off by saying I called her several days ahead of time to book my appointment and made them aware I had to be out of there at a certain time to pick up my child, I arrived early (drove from palm coast) while they were late. The owner was not in as of yet but one of her Braiders was there, I made a very clear the length that I wanted and the style, right above my bottom, full, with a center part. Three hours i.the owner arrives and begins inquiring about the price of the work she was doing on my hair the Braider went past the point I told her and now the price has went up “60$” but she was only going to charge me an extra “$40 “ The second Braider did not show up & 4 o’clock came and went, I let them know indefinitely I would have to leave at five finished or not, due to the drive I had a head of me, and my childcare being closed at six. They did not even get to trim properly or dipping my hair in the hot water. I was able to pick my child up on time but once I arrived home I really had the ability to investigate the hairstyle I spent 7 1/2 hours in a chair for half of my head is uneven small braids humongous parts ridiculous stay away!

To crowded for an pandemic to be going on everyone is on top of each other, the braiders are loud very loud
