They were very caring with our 13 year old rescue dog at the end of her life. I appreciate their efforts.

Had a slight urgency my dog was sick, they got her an appointment the very next morning, she received an examination and her medication and is on to recovery very nice facility everything on premise

Very good. I have already taken my dog ​​and the tension, excellent, I love it and if you don't speak English, they look for it in Spanish or try to communicate with one, congratulations, they are good, my dog ​​Wesky and Max love them

My dad took his cat here after she started acting odd. The vet took an X-ray and noticed she has two stones in her bladder and gave her medication. They did not offer to do any bloodwork or anything else. The cat wasn't getting better, so my dad took her back in and was told there was "miscommunication" and they missed a deadline for an injection that could have saved her life. Our family is so angry that there was no bloodwork done, there was some dumb "miscommunication, " and now we will most likely lose the cat. We will never come here again and will tell others of our experience so hopefully they don't experience the same heartbreak as us.

My dog a week ago was walking and would fall over so of course I made an appointment. I just moved here 3 weeks ago from Ohio so I had to start somewhere. This is NOT the place to start. Took blood work that was over priced. Haven't still, gotten a call back even though the blood work itself is over $200. Don't know what's going on with him. The receptionist seems rude. The Dr has no personable skills. I feel like I got ripped off especially being a newbie in the area. I had an appointment but didn't get seen until about an hour past my scheduled time. All I was told is, OH it could be seizures. I'm back to square one almost $400 out. Please, find somewhere else to go.

I had an emergency with my cat, and out of 8 places I called on a Saturday, they were the only ones that could squeeze me in. Also, a few days after my visit, they called to follow up on my cat. Great service!

I don't understand why when I'm the only person here, I'm made to wait 20 min with my cat stuck in her carrier.quick to ask for their money though haha.what a joke

The Vets and the Techs are always very helpful and great with my Dog "Lil Momma" I highly recommend them for your Pets. I took her in today got all of her shots, heartworm, check up and groomed in 1 1/2 hours. I wouldn't take Momma anywhere else.

This is by far the best place to take your pet. I love this place for their experience and knowledge of how to give your pet a long and healthy life. Dr. Alexander is the best vet I've ever met. Thank you Kim Maloney

Wonderful staff, knowledgeable Dr, spotless waiting room and exam room. Excellent care of my dog, and my appointment was right on time.

I had a good experience at this place. The people are kind and friendly with the dogs. I was there with my three dogs for an exam and their vaccinations. They also did a blood testing for my dogs and the service and handling was good. Thank you

I took my dog for her yearly check up, the receptionist has no customer service skills, I had to wait an hour to see the Dr. (I had an appointment) she didn’t even say hi to me, she was in the room for less that five minutes and didn’t say nothing at all to me. There is a really nice girl I don’t know her name I think she is the nurse she is very professional.

We had to put our baby boy dobby down yesterday and the relief dr who I cannot remeber his name and the staff were so gentle and caring during this traumatic time for us and our boy I want to thank them for the way you cared for our baby and how peaceful he slipped off to rest thank you again Bryan and Tina
