Miserable experience. While the property we stayed at was lovely Vacasa made our very expensive trip unnecessarily difficult and they've been a nightmare to work with. We were told they would email an access code 24 hours before arrival but although we had all other documents that never arrived and no one answered the phone. We had no access code when we arrived and their office was closed.for the weekend. We were sitting there with kids in the car late at night pleading with a security guard to assist us. He reached out to a local friend who happened to have a local number and helped us. Vacasa tried to schedule regular maintenance while we visited (the property was unoccupied the coming week) and has not responded to multiple requests for help over a lost item except to charge a fee to look for it and then not respond. I have called, texted, messaged all to no avail. On top of this multiple door handles fell off (in a multimillion dollar property) while we were there that had been glued in place or poorly installed. Mattresses with stains and sheets but no mattress covers. I feel bad for the owners. Save yourself and your family the headache and vacation with a company who understands the value of clients and guests.

As a owner I would not let them handle your property, they are a disaster, we lost thousands with them, they don’t care about anything, the rates at one point in our unit in Santa Rosa beach was at $35 /night, a 1bedroom /1 bath recently renovated unit, les than 2 minutes from the beach, they breached the contract in many ways, I’ll give them a - 1 star, again the worse experience!

This has been the worst experience renting a condo through Airbnb from Vacasa Vacation Home Management for unit 319. The check-in instructions state we were supposed to receive the lockbox code the morning of our check-in. We didh not received the code and it was still not received the 4 pm check-in time. Apparently, they are not tracking which platform customers are using to rent the condo. They claimed they emailed the code and then later stated they realized we rented through airbnb. Hours after the check in time, e were given two incorrect codes. The building workers, who are not affiliated with Vacasa, were able to better assist us with the access codes. To top it off after a delayed check in, the condo was disgustingly dirty. We sent photos to the host of the dirty condo and no one came to clean it as they stayed arrangements would be made. Our stay is almost over and we have been having to clean the mess to feel comfortable. We've never experienced this before. There were black stains on the master bathroom floor, hair on the master bedroom sink, dirty bed sheets with visible dried bodily fluid stains on the master bedroom bed and bunkbeds. We have had to wash the bed sheets and blankets because they were so dirty. This is simply unacceptable. For the price we paid to stay here (over 4000) and it did not meet the standard of cleanliness. This is unethical. We have requested to speak with the owners, however I'm unsure if they will contact us.
