I would recommend this place with my eyes close great customer service, fast repair for fixing exhaust, custom bracket rear mount and axel regrease and repair at a reliable price. Rated 5 star no questions ask. Car was 2010 lancer ralliart. Drove it home cero issue and felt way better then when I drove it to the shop for the first time.

My husband and I took my Toyota Camry in for a desperate oil change needed. Santiagos auto took great care of the vehicle and made sure everything else was in proper working conditions. We finally got our permanent vehicle service place to go too

After leaving the shop within ONE HOUR my car was doing the same thing it was doing when i brought to them to fix the gas pump. When called regarding the issue I was told that I NEEDED TO HAVE IT TOWED TO THEM OR A DEALERSHIP AND THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. Now why is that when your receipt says 3month/3000 mile warranty and I wasn't off their lot for an hour. I will be submitting to the BBB and everywhere else that i can.

DISHONEST, EXPENSIVE. I was charged 55 dollars to change a simple light bulb that takes 3 min to change. THEY CHARGE 135 OF MECHANICAL LABOR per hour. THEY USE THE MOST EXPENSIVE MATETIALS TO CHARGE YOU THE MOST, THEY ARE ALWAYS LATE TO OPEN. The lady attending the desk (the owner) always looks like she just woke up. The mechanics they have are not worth 135 the hour, they arent certified mechanics, the only one that is the owner santiago who overcharges for subpar mechanic work. I tried giving multiple chances. I recommen richards down the streer theyre honest, fast and charge 90 the hour of mechanical labor

I have total trust in Santiago. Always lets me know whats wrong with my car before he starts. Quick and reliable. I dont mind paying a little more for the piece of mind. Dolly is awesome!

Took my Dodge here because the engine was making a weird sound. They said I needed the engine replaced. I bought another engine from them to install. Well they installed an engine thats even worse then the one i had. Now they want more money to fix the bad engine they sold me, after promises it was cover by their warranty. Stay far away from this place.

Nice facilities and great customer service. They offer dyno tuning with a dynojet unit. Highly recommended.

Very unprofessional, had me drive an hour and twenty five minutes to get there and find out he sold the parts he told me he was going to sell me and there response was oops. After that he proceeded to talk to me like I was trash and wouldn’t except his mistake. I will never do business with them again.

Very knowledgeable mechanic and straight to the problem. He is not one to rip people off saying your car has something that it doesn't have. I lost contact for a little while before he started his own place here because I didn't know where he had gone since the old shop he worked for didn't want to tell me. I called a different mechanic that works for another shop which I won't mention and that mechanic messed up my car so bad. He left wires out on the steering wheel and finger prints all over my beige interior I will never use him again. The good thing is that I have found Malvin again and he fixed the problem I was currently having and told me to bring it back when I have more time so he can properly fix what is sticking out of my steering wheel that the other mechanic messed up. I highly recommend this place.
