Dr emma santinhas been a blessing, for years i had never had such and excellent doctor, he treats you as if you were his friend, he really listens to you, and explains very well about your illnesses and the procedure to follow, he takes his time late in the night and calls you in telehealth to tell you to tell you something urgent you should know, nobody does that, she walks an extra mile for you, i am happy with her and now that i will cross at 65 she will continue to be my doctor for the medicaire, 100% recommended including your office staff, friendly and diligent.

HORRIBLE. This place is not only unprofessional but horrible staff everybody will give you attitude. MANAGER OSCAR needs to be fired NOW he spoke horrible to my mother and I with attitude and raising his voice trying to patronize us. Front desk Veronica attitude too & looks like she hates to work every time a question would be asked she would make a face and give attitude. This place takes forever to take you in & after i had waited 45minutes they said they would not treat me because i was a “minor” (im less than one month away from 20) after they have had my information for DAYS & they were informed of my age and accepted to treatment. Please do not come here unless you would like to be disrespected.

EL GERENTE OSCAR necesita ser despedido INMEDIATAMENTE nos habló horriblemente a mi madre y a mi con actitud y alzando la voz tratando de ser condescendiente. La actitud de Veronica de la recepción también y parece que no le gusta trabajar en todo lo que se le pregunta, ella hace una mueca y da actitud. Este lugar tarda una eternidad en acogerlo y después de haber esperado 45 minutos, dijeron que no me tratarían porque era un "menor" (estoy a menos de un mes de los 20) después de haber tenido mi información hace días y se les informó de mi edad y habían aceptado al tratamiento. Por favor, no vengas aquí a menos que quieras que te falten el respeto.

I have never had anything good to say about doctors, as most of them will treat you and send you on your way. The process feels more like a chore that you don't really want to do. This is not the case with Dr. Santin. She shows actual concern for your wellbeing and will even scold you if you are not following your treatment. It is very hard to find a doctor that really cares as Dr. Santin does. Waiting time is a bit longer that what I would like, but the staff is very friendly, so the whole process is well worth the wait.

I showed up to my appointment with Dr. Santin and the staff was nice and treated me well. I felt comfortable in the waiting room despite covid and it was an overall great doctors visit.

Very nice staff and clean facility. The whole experience was very professional. Dr. Santin really cares for her patients and is there whenever you need her.

Dr. Santin is the best physician in Hialeah hand's down. I have been seeing her for over a year and she has shown me true compassion and a high level of medical professionalism.

I’m not a paciente but I was calling for a family member that is a paciente that was with fiver due to coronavirus. The front desk was super rude and had a very bad attitude just because I called more than one time to ask for the doctor and they didn’t call back. I do not recommend. Also when my family go there take so long to be attended.
