Great service every single time! I have an 11 year old mal yorkie and two 2.5 year old pomski males and they're always so well taken care of. Very clean clinic and always friendly.

We stopped here around 5: 50 pm. Their doors were open with two ladies sitting in the front. We are from out of town and my 10-lb chiweenie needed to get her anal glands expressed, which takes seconds. We had just arrived into town. One of the ladies told us it would cost $21, no problem for us as our girl was uncomfortable.

To our surprise, the front desk lady came back saying "the Vet said no, his technician left and he didn't want to do it as he was done for the night. "

We can understand wanting to leave, however, it would have taken seconds to get this done.

After my husband walked out, one of the women rolled down the shade to their window.

Makes us wonder what would happen if there was a real emergency with your animal and you came to this clinic out of desperation, and you see their office is open, only to be turned away because the Vet, a doctor, is "done for the night. "

Beware this place is a rip off, check other places before committing I was warned by friend and he was right. I lost my deposit but ended up finding a much better place where pet care really comes first. And if you don’t believe me work on a second opinions from other veterinarians after a diagnosis from these guys.

Giving the severity of Mr. Santo's reply by defaming my character accusing me of wanting to commit fraud shows the type of person he really is. Not only does he not care for animals and a time of need he will take advantage of the situation. I went in for my dog's injury and ended up paying for other exams that are unnecessary for the procedure needed. Furthermore, I have proof from a recent fecal exam (12/14) and a previous one done in November which both came back negative. So please be careful when taking your dog and getting diagnosed incorrectly. I was getting irritated by the many times the assistant kept coming back to the room so I can approve further tests and increasing my invoice amount. It's really unfortunate that I was taken advantage of because of my vulnerability at that time. I could go back and claim thru small claims court my $500 deposit since legally it is not detailed on what the terms or total amount due at the time of procedure. Which leads me to believe there is an open door for them to keep charging more fees.

Brought my 6 month old Airedale to the clinic. It was our first time, we had been looking for a vet to take her to. I was welcomed and treated as if I had been a client for a long time. Front desk was so welcoming they made the visit so easy. The Tech was also amazing. He treated Aria as if it was his puppy. He was great with her and made sure she didn’t freak out. Like any child they freak out on there first visit but the way they treated her she behaved so well.

Dr. Santos was very thorough and got her examined completely. Prices were a little high but then again what hasn’t gone up.

Definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Santos did an amazing job cleaning my 5 yr old Yorkie’s teeth. She had a stubborn stain in the front on one of her teeth. Now it is pearly white like the others I am so pleased! The staff is great … professional and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Santos and his team.

Brought my cat Stormy in today and from the moment I walked in, we were greeted by the nicest front desk staff and treated so well! Dr. Santos and his staff were attentive and caring, and made me feel relieved that Stormy was in good hands. She was anxious and stressed as cats tend to be, but they were so patient with her and completed all of her tests. This is also the first time I’ve been to a vet that gives me bloodwork results in the same appointment, and that was amazing. No having to go home and wait for a call with results a few days later. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.
