Front desk person (Nicole, DMV, taxes) provided incorrect information that resulted in us returning and waiting again to see personnel.

The lady was so nice and very informative. She also let my granddaughter pick out a toy from under the tree. Fast Service, Clean Establishment.

I had a very pleasant experience as a first time customer. Rita Kennedy was friendly, professional from the beginning till the end and answered all the questions I had in a really polite way. It's a pleasure to stop by this office. Great people.

We had a really rude lady serving us.i was being nice and smiled at her.i asked her a couple questions i had a misunderstanding with and she was replying with the most aggressive and rude tone.what is wrong with people, it’s not that hard to be nice or at least not to be rude for no reason.

Every time I have visited this office, appointment or not, things have always gone smoothly, I've gotten clarified answers, left with good results and every staff member was helpful or pleasant at the very least. Even when last year I have overlapping insurance policies and when one was cancelled (because I purchased a policy with a new company so I had double coverage for a short time) and the company reported that I let my policy lapse, however the new company did not report my new policy so I got a suspended license. The staff removed the suspension and removed all reinstatement fees once I explained and gave my new policy info to them. It was as though nothing ever happened.

The people were nice but they didn’t follow the guidelines in what is on the Florida website for international drivers license conversion. A manager doesn’t understand what Republic of China. He kept saying Republic of Taiwan. There’s no such thing as Republic of Taiwan.

They treat you very badly, and the bad facial expression they make is notable, they make you feel less than, the person who attends number 4 is the worst.

Really great employees. Rita Kennedy was kind and amicable. The whole office seemed very efficient and was unlike any DMV I’ve ever been to in the best way. Absolutely loved Rita Kennedy!

Supervisor Amanda was rude and aggressive.
Very arrogant and impulsive for absolutely no reason. Unacceptable attitude for someone working in Sarasota County. Come on, we all live here let’s create a positive Environment, it’s a small town.

She started raising her voice and turning red, and interrupting after I asked her nicely and politely - according to what statue she didn’t want to accept insurance from Allstate. Insurance has 25k PIP and 50k PDL which is HIGHER than minimum requirement by the sate or Flordia.

After we reviewed the statues and found nothing that she said. In fact only proved that I’m in the green her responses were - contact the legislatures, if you want to fight get an attorney…?
(I was only asking a question to show me where the statues are because my license is being suspended.)
She started getting very heated, I still don’t understand why. I wasn’t being rude in anyway. I felt like I was the customer service rep and was trying to smile. Just needed to clarify why my license is suspended if I have and had all the insurances and even brought the previous insurance card just in case.

I couldn’t even continue the conversation because it was embarrassing how loud and aggressive she started getting.

As of now I have a suspended license because there is a law that is not in Florida statues nor anywhere else, but it’s the law that apparently Carl (on of the reps) didn’t know and only Amanda knows. (actually she never said it’s the law just said that’s how it works) great….

I avoid making a fuss but that was humiliating and unacceptable. Guess I have to contact “legislature” whatever that means.
Lost nearly 3 hours of my day and back to square 1.
I have no problem paying fines if i did something wrong, but having a license suspended because Amanda said so doesn’t sound proper.

Wonderful customer service! I took my son to take his driving test at 6200 Sawyer loop rd in Sarasota. Everyone that we to talked to were nice, good listeners and helpful. Great experience!

Jasmine was a complete rockstar and went over and above to try and assist me today 08.11.23. Completely grateful for her going above and beyond!

An office full of heartless jerks who deny any responsibility for their wrong doing and enjoy making the life of a disabled Veteran and his family, miserable. Barbara Coates should be ashamed of herself, she lacks total empathy and seems to rather enjoy victimizing hardworking individuals of Sarasota County. Perhaps if someone, anyone, in that office could have offered guidance to new homeowners, one of the the most traumatic events of our lives could have been prevented and wouldn't continue to come back and haunt us. They condone unethical home sales, like the one that screwed over my family and I, and seem to seek pleasure in making life for the non-wealthy residents of Sarasota County, miserable. Barbara Coates, you are the Wicked Witch of Sarasota County and your attitude disgusts me.

Phenomenal service and speed. Never seen anything like it in regards to any government agency. Thanks to everyone there for all you do!

Every time one calls this place to ask questions, they always do it in a bad way, as if it bothers them to answer the phone, and even more so if one is Hispanic, it is very inconvenient to call to clarify doubts, and they always have an attitude to answer the phone, I begin to think that it is racism, just because one is Hispanic, they should be more empathetic to answer the phone, if one calls it is because they have questions and want to do things well, not expect someone to answer the phone and be rude. Super bad customer services at this place, horrible, please train your workers to know how to treat people, how to answer the phone and how to be empathic with people.

Horrible service they canceled my appointment when i was already there i was 30 mins early
