Was in the shopping plaza so ordered flowers for friends without doing any research. Arrangement was beautiful and fairly priced too. My wife saw a picture of what was delivered and thought it was beautiful.so I just went back and ordered flowers for the mrs! I'm sure she will love the arrangement too!

The staff at Sarasota Florist are extremely kind and really attend to your needs about making your bouquet extremely beautiful and special. I can tell you they really made someone’s birthday memorable.

We happened to be walking by the shop today on the way to our car and I just stuck my head inside to smell that lovely scent of fresh flowers. The owner was such a nice man, greeted us at the door with such a kind friendly manner. The cases were full of fabulous perfect flowers. I will absolutely be buying flowers from this shop in the future.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend at Doctor's Hospital. Even the nurses acknowledged it was one of the loveliest arrangements they'd seen, artistically lovely, varied and colorful. It really was quality flowers and done easily and promptly. Thank you Suzanne

Ordered flowers for my Husband's Memorial. Karl was very helpful & eager to please.the floral arrangements were GORGEOUS & all three arrangements arrived at the Church in plenty of time before the Service. It was perfect. Thank you so much for making an emotional day BEAUTIFUL!

I spent several hours searching for a florist to fulfill a special birthday bouquet with just one day notice- no one seemed eager to help until I came across this place located towards the end of bee ridge in the colonnade plaza. Not only did they guarantee to have them ready but the arrangement was more then inexpected- definitely my new go to place in the city

If you need any floral arrangement this season make sure to use Sarasota Florist for all your needs. I had a wonderful experience, received top quality customer service, and the price was just right!

This flower shop is absolutely abismal to work with. I ordered flowers 10 days in advance for my grandmothers 85th birthday. Not only did they never deliver the order and cancel it.it was at nearlt 2pm in the afternoon.

There was no solution, no remedy or anything offered to make this right. Insead of providing a new delivery date, having the offer of a family member going to pick them up they just flat out cancelled it with no recourse.

The customer service was a 0/100 and i would never trust them to complete any order. Stay away from this business who does not care about its customers.

COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED. Don't use these florist for delivery. Ordered flowers for my mother while she was in Sarasota Hospital. Then found out that she was going to be moved to a rehab facility. I immediately called florist. Was told by the florist that the flowers would be delivered and if patient wasn't available for delivery that the florist would get the flowers back and I would be notified. I waited 2 weeks without a peep.
I called florist today, They confirmed that the flowers were dropped off at the front desk to be delivered to my mother's room. The nurse on staff that day said that the flowers were delivered to the hospital then were sent back to florist as undeliverable the same day. I called the Florist back again and he now says that the flowers are never returned in all his years of business, (a completely different statement than 2 weeks ago.and cannot help me.) Now where are my mother flowers? I'm out $75.00 and no flowers. BAD BUSINESS. Will never use this florist again and stick to flowers com or another chain.

Walked up hour after the were open. The open sign was off and the door was locked. When they opened the door the man working there didn’t greet me or ask how he can help. I told him I was wanting to talk about wedding flowers for my upcoming wedding and his told me to go somewhere else. When I asked what the name of a flower was in the case he told me he didn’t know and the name was probably on the box in the back. I kindly asked if he could check and he got frustrated that I wanted him to check the name. I got the name and left. Went down to Bee Ridge florist and talked to the ladies there. They were so helping and booked my flowers through them.

As a first time customer buying flowers for my mother from overseas, I found the lack of communication disconcerting. No response to emails, no one answering the phones and the voicemail was full so couldn’t leave a message. I felt I had been scammed as no flowers were received by the delivery date. I was in contact with my bank to cancel my card as I was led to believe it had been compromised.
Fortunately, the flowers arrived in the evening of the delivery date (not ideal as she received flowers from other florists from other people much earlier in the day, but I was relieved that I hadn’t become a victim of online fraud).
The flowers were great though and my mother was very pleased with them (earning the 2 star rating). Just really unfortunate about the experience up until receiving them.
I still haven’t received any response to my email though.
