Relocated from Connecticut and could not have found better agents! This was my fourth home purchase and I can honestly say I have never had a better experience than working with Kim and Alana. Everyone in the office seems very friendly and down to earth, honest, and extremely knowledgeable on the area. Kim and Alana took the time to really listen to our needs and compiled a comprehensive list of homes to view. In addition to taking me to see more than 30 homes, Kim and Alana also took us on a tour of new homes, top rated areas and took us to the information centers and sat through the orientation seminars with us. Within the first week of looking, Kim and Alana found us our dream home which checked every box on our very long list of "must haves". This agency went above and beyond by also finding us a very reasonable pet-friendly rental home to stay in, which got us out of the very expensive and very small hotel room we were staying in, until we could close on our new home. Kim was an excellent negotiator and was able to get us the house we wanted for significantly under the asking price in a very competitive market. In fact, once I moved in, neighbors stopped by to tell me that I got a great deal on the home and that other people had recently paid much more for lesser homes on the same street. Kim and Alana were on top of everything and made the process seem seamless and much more relaxed than other home purchases. Their passion for real estate, coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills and positive attitude are the reasons I rated this agency 5 stars. I bought my 1st home with Kim Martinez. She was very helpful and patient. She walked me through every step of the buying process. I love my new home!

We have known Kim for over 3 years and have enjoyed working with her from the beginning. She has always been attentive to our needs in buying and in managing our properties. Kim always goes the extra mile to be sure everything is well taken care of. She is both honest and knowledgeable in all things pertaining to real estate.

We have had the very unfortunate experience of dealing with Sally and Beth. Sally scheduled a showing one weekend. After the prospective buyers left, my husband left our home to run errands. He came home to Sally's car pulling out of our driveway, stuff moved around in the house and the door unlocked. When confronted, Sally claimed she showed the property with her client and had no idea who the first group of people were. She claimed they could have just been driving through the neighborhood and it was my husband's fault for letting them in. Not only did Sally enter our home without permission, she abuses lockbox privileges. At my request of taking the lockbox off, she states, "You have made it impossible to market this property. " Why does marketing a property have to come at the expense of privacy and safety?
Furthermore, Sally emails at 11pm to schedule showings for the following day. Upon letting her know this would not work, she emailed me several times throughout the day, stating it would be inconvenient for her to reschedule an out of town client and that she purposely chose a time that would work for me. It seems she thinks this mishap was my fault, instead of her poor planning. It seems very odd to schedule out of town clients to see an occupied property without checking/confirming at least a day or so ahead of time.

Beth disguised a two hour inspection as two showings. What I thought would be two quick showings was actually a two hour long inspection which Beth neglected to tell us ahead of time.
I hope others save their peace of mind and look elsewhere for real estate services. By hiring Beth or Sally, you are putting your home, safety, and investment at risk.
