Terrible place! Save your money and do not move here. They have rats and the neighbors are disgusting! The property manager Tony is rude and does not care about you, he just cares about a paycheck. I showed him a picture of the rat in our apartment and his response was “Aw”! I wish I could give this place a 0 zero star review!

The absolute worst place to live I wish I could post pictures do yourselves a favor and keep looking for something else

The rating should honesty be lowered to a 1 star. Melissa is very rude and doesn’t explain anything then she’ll hang up on you. I wouldn’t live here even if I was payed to.

I liked living here from 2018-2019 however, when I left I left the unit clean w/ no damages and the property charged me $1000+ to "rent recovery solutions" and I got it disputed off my credit then they put it on AGAIN for $2,000. I have proof of how the unit looked when I moved out. It was spotless w/ no damage and I did not owe the office prior to leaving. I do not understand why I was charged for damages at all and still dealing with this when I moved out 2+ years ago.

We moved here from northern NH and the photos on the website are nothing like the actual place. The laundry rooms are constantly trashed with most machines not working. The grounds are disgusting and everyone leaves trash and cigarette butts around. The pool is closed constantly and almost always dirty. We have lived here for two months and one of our toilets still doesn’t work after asking almost every day when it was going to get fixed. The cabinet under our sink is a giant hole which has also not been fixed and causing a cockroach problem. We have had cockroaches since we moved in. If it wasn’t 3,000 dollars to terminate our lease we would In a heartbeat. The security gate is still broken so that’s a luxury you’re paying for that you don’t actually have. People party in the parking lot until 6am even after the “night security” gets called. Place is gross and absolutely deceiving. Wouldn’t recommend,

We asked to fix the dishwasher more than two weeks ago… and were waiting for the maintenance. The owner facilitated the work order and the dishwasher got fixed today! Thank you Sarasota team and thanks to the owner! I do appreciate it, for the toilet flushes I will reach out the lease office and place a work order on it.

Worst apartment complex ever, horrible maintenance and office. Nothing ever gets fixed completely they patch it and say there is nothing they can do about it. Everyone has horrible customer service, and maintenance will walk into your apartment unannounced.

This is the worst place I have EVER live and I have been here in Bradenton for 45 years. They cheat you out of money use your deposit as a credit towards your rent then make you pay another (Pet Deposit). Can't explain where the credits went! CROOKS!

I have lived here about three years and really like the place. The management and owners do their best they can. It is a large complex and they do deal with a lot of residents everyday.sure there are problems with residents from time to time, Matt was a great person to deal with, unfortunately had not always background checked some residents and leased to them causing unwanted issues around the complex. The apartments have definitely improved the last few years, it has greatly improved the last 5 yrs nothing like it was years ago according to the local police department. Neighbors need to work together also. As any apartment complex children shouldn't be running around unattended for their own safety, also it's up to the parents too. The pool area is not a private country club parents and kids need to realised there are several apt buildings very close to the pool area and should keep the noise down to a respectable level. Also not have groups of younger kids using the pool area unattended without parents. I screaming child could be having fun but if something bad was happening to one of them no one would even go check because they scream all day.

The apartments are old, there are cockroaches, not good lighting, thick bathrooms, everything is in very bad condition, the dishwasher does not work, the main door of my family's apartment does not close properly, the carpets are filthy.the condo needs better maintenance.

I’ve been here for almost 3 months and within 5 days my closet came down I’ve requested it 4xs and nothing gets done about it not to mention tonight I was doing laundry and put them to dry when done I went to my apt because I forgot a bag and left my basket there it took 2 min and I went back all my clothes were stolen! This has been the worst thing I’ve ever experienced like who steals clothes! And there are no cameras so we can see who took them

I just moved here and I love it so far. The apartment is better than what I was expecting and the leasing staff was helpful. I mainly spoke with Matt but the two women there were nice too. They were a little delayed on getting appliances ready before I moved in but they were quick to resolve it.

I relocated from Michigan to Bradenton; me and my fiancé had searched and searched for a apartment. Let me just say, the pool is ALWAYS clean. The gates are a amazing bonus. Maintenance is ALWAYS on top of any issue (we moved in and noticed a crack in the ceiling and they were here the following morning to fix it.) It’s VERY quiet, and for being in a apartment complex that says a lot. All my neighbors are super nice too. Matt (leasing manager) is also REALLY helpful and very nice.
I love it, I honestly wouldn’t mind living here for the rest of my life.

Just moved in July 5th and The AC unit is no good they are going to replace it. So far the maintenance people were prompt. The shower is not working and the drain is slow.the cabinet door fell off and the paint in the kitchen is stupid if you touch it it comes off. I showed to Tony the maintenance man who is real nice guy. I need the shower fixed and the door put back on immediately today. The reviews are not good and I'm concerned I made a mistake but I will give them a chance to make it right. OR I WILL MOVE OUT. The unit I, m in has all new appliances. To be honest most of the bad reviews are 2 or 3 years old. I did see a rat fall off the roof the day I moved in and the first sign of any bugs I'm gone. A lot of broken things to start out. I have to loud temp Ac units to deal with until they fix the AC. VERY CONCERNED

I recently moved to Sarasota south and I can say I have had a good experience. The Sarasota south team are very nice, I recieved the apartment clean and freshly painted. The master bedroom has a nice walk in closet and is a good sized room.

I have stayed here for 4 years an I have heard all the bad thing about this place. I personally can’t say I’ve had a bad experience but I do wish things could be different. Like why can’t I get the updated appliances in my apartment now? I think I deserve them. The appliances there now are really dated. I wish someone could fix 1 cabinet door and I would be a super happy tenant. Can say the new management staff are making changes for the best. FYI in 4 years I have not seen any rats. Lol

Sink was clogged for the 12 months I lived there they never fixed it, Don’t like the lady in the front office she is not help, The appliances so outdated. They don’t serve the one star honestly
