What an amazing experience guys. I waited to long for a watch i wanted, and somebody else put a reservation in on it. To my great surprise, the watch became available again a few days later, and the rest is history. I got great counceling, a great price, and it got shipped around the globe in 3 days, and have just arrived in Copenhagen, Denmark. Their watch selection is higher than grey market prices for a lot of what they have. Better off buying from an online retailer that is legit. Wouldn't go here for anything.

After calling multiple watch companies throughout 3 counties i found Sarasota watch repair. Everyone else told me they do not work on G shock. They replaced my batteries (yes thats it) while i waited, not 2 weeks like the competition i found that did work on them. Super impressed, also found out they take trades and have a very good selection of high quality pre-owned watches. I will be back to purchase a very nice Tag.

They have such an amazing selection of jewelry here. Was shopping for an engagement ring and ended up leaving with a diamond tennis bracelet.oh well lol

Talked to them about a warranty issue and I have to send it to a company that I have never heard of. When I requested a copy of the receipt they promised it, but never emailed it. Guess they lost all my business.

I stopped in today to get a battery replaced because the other jewelry down the road wanted to charge me $40 on my watch. I went to Sarasota Watch Company and paid $10 and my watch is working great. They even pressure tested it for me before I go on my diving trip in the keys.

Took 4 visits and $35 to size a Seiko watch. Total waste of my time. But $35 is small change compared to actually buying a watch from them that they can't properly service.

My husband got me an amazing Tag from here, for me on christmas and the owner Steve gave us free tickets to polo in lakewood ranch as an added gift, such a friendly place to go.

So its the day after christmas and my wife got me a Sub rolex from here and it wasnt the color combo i wanted so i was able to take it back and get the exact one i wanted for only a little more $$$ but hey i got a hulk now:)
