Always helpful. They take the time to identify parts even when they know it's a small dollar amount. Gives you an estimated repair time or if there's going to be a delay on a part.

Sarlo Mowers is the best place to go for your personal and commercial landscaping needs. I walked in on a busy Sunday and the owner made sure to let me know he will be right with me. He was able to ask the right questions to help me decide between an electric and gas mower. I then bought 2 stroke engine oil mix for my weed walker but forgot it at the counter while the owner was gracious enough to help me lift the mower into my sonata. It took me a week to return to get the oil and when I walked into the store the owner addressed me by name and before I even asked he said “Hey Trev, you forgot your oil last week. This was the best buying experience I’ve have in a while.

nothing no acknowledgement nothing i was ready to buy a mower but now i will move on to any place other than there

I took my chainsaw in with a break in lock Position and they repaired it at no charge. Very nice and informative people. But I think the dog behind the counter was in charge. I do highly recommend this business to anybody

I had them pick up my Toro Timecutter SS4200 as it was having issues starting. They charge me for pick up and delivery which I was OK with. The issue was the module that controls the brakes and all the safety switches. While there I asked them to put new tires on the back. They had the mower for three weeks and every time I called they said the part was on backorder. Finally I told them to bring it back and I would get and install the part myself. I got the part from amazon in two days and put it on the mower which fixed the issue. They charged me for the time it took to evaluate the issue and for the new tires, the total bill was around $350. Since they took the tractor apart but did not put it back together when they returned it they bent one of the brake control bracket which I had to replace. The parts were in a side holder loose not even in a bag. They left the tractor outside through a tropical storm and them in the heat so the glue on my seat let loose and I had to replace the seat. They did not properly tighten the lug on one tire so it came loose and ruined the hub so I had to replace the tire and wheel. When I took the tire off I noticed the plug that I put in it when it had a leak, so they did not even replace the tires. This place is a giant rip off do not go there.

Today I went to Sarlo power mowers because I needed a gasket for an old chainsaw gas cap, although the part was no longer available, they took the time to find one that worked. I have used sarlo for my small engine needs in the past, The staff is great, very knowledgable and always goes the extra mile to help.

Brought me in a weed walker the guy at the counter said 100$ so i left it on a Thursday Saturday they called said it was 140 then i call back on Tuesday they say it’s 154 bad service they won’t honor the 100 after i told her that was my reason of leaving it initially bad customer service here

Don't deal with these people. They screwed up my riding mower after having it serviced for simple oil change and belt. The belt wasn't put on right and was and tractor pedal was sticking. They were suppose to pick it up next day after call and they never showed up only to call a week later.
Charged me alot for nothing.

Bring in the business you have to have a company you can rely on, Sarlo is that company, very friendly and go out of their way to make sure your taken care of

We took our mower to Sarlo mowers and it was THE BEST experience EVER with a repair shop! They fixed the mower in record time and for a fair dollar amount. Thank you so much Sarlo and the wonderful staff you have, so very helpful from the first phone call and more. I would HIGHLY recommend Sarlo!

My husband and I came in around 10: 25 to buy a commercial mower. Gentlemen would even get out of his chair. We told him approx size we wanted but not set in stone. Said he didn’t have it there and maybe another location had it. Anyways, off to a competitor in Ft. Myers. Update: Just left Barry’s in Ft Myers and spent 7200.00!

Best staff, was working with the two former owners on Skyline in Cape Coral at times unsatisfactory. These people do the work to find the right part even when the manual doesn't cover the exact model you purchased. Very well stocked store. And my Scagg is once running great again. I love you guys.

Stopped in today to have them look at my chainsaw. Even though it is a brand they do not sell they were willing to look at it to see if it was something they could repair. Within ten minutes they had it diagnosed and fixed for me. I have used this location several times for lawnmower service and picking up parts, they are always very courteous and professional and go out of their way to make sure you are treated properly. Thank You very much for what you do. Great asset to the community.

Nice people when you are in their store.
Not truthful when you leave.
I will never go back, they say they will help take your money and laugh at you after you spent $549.00 to repair the mower and it doesn't run.
EASTSIDE RENTAL AND MOWERS.

Very poor customer service. Waited 4 months while they fixed my mower (and it sat out during the hurricane and has rust on it now) and brought it home and it still doesn't run. Called and they want to charge me again to fix it. I'd stay away from this place.
