Ann her husband and all the staff are the best. Best place in Kissimmee they have the best colors and they make you feel comfortable I love them

It was my 1st time there. I found them through a Google search. Made an appt and was called in like 10 minutes. They were very pleasant and did a great job. Asked me numerous times if I was satisfied with the process so far. I found their concern and professionalism to be refreshing. I would definitely use their services again

Walked in with no appointment, was immediately greeted and seated for service. My nails were done by Erika and she was great, she took her time and the quality of her work is excellent. The prices were the same as other salons so no big shock at checkout. I will be returning to see Erika soon!

Great salon. In town for the weekend and Viana and Marsha were very kind. I love my toes and my nails.

I love going to Sassy Nails, they have great personable service. I love that they maintain communication with my appointments and it’s such a chill environment to get your nails done.

Brenda does my manicure here all the time and it comes out perfect every single time. Recently, she did my pedicure and I loved it. I will definitely keep coming back. I recommend her 10/10!

Ann was so amazing! She did an awesome Chrome set on me with a lot of different colors! I ended up coming back a few minutes after I left because I wanted to change the color on one nail (my fault, not Ann’s!) and she was quick to accommodate me! Thank you, I will be back!

So I visited this place for the first time because I was being overcharged at another nail place, and my nails kept coming off. I made an appointment with Ken (I hope I got it right), but he was truly amazing. He was not rushed and really changed my nails to pure glamor. I also was overcharged for a refill. Hopefully, this service won't change. I will be back. Strongly suggest you call for an appointment! They are busy but great service.

She’s great and quick after two weeks my nails were still in great shape. I’m definitely a regular now.

First time trying this nail salon went in for a gel manicure, was assisted by Brenda I believe was her name. Not only did she ask me if I wanted square or round shape, but before I could even respond she said “you can only get round”. Why bother to even ask. In addition to that, she also forgot to give me lotion at the end of the manicure. I had to ask for it after I paid and tipped & realized my hands were dry. She said she apologized she had forgot to give me my “hand massage”, she was also on the phone the whole time. The worst part, I witnessed the techs sharing equipment. Very unsanitary.this is overpriced for a sloppy job- I had cured nail polish on my skin and was scraping it off at the end. I paid $35 for a manicure I could have done better myself at home & 3 days later, my nails were all chipped and cuticles back. Never again

This place is a total disaster poor quality on the nail products the owner dont know how to run her business she try to keep the good customers to herself for the good tips she is super frugal dont like this place tried making appointments several time and she keep changing the time and lying about the nail tech being out so she can end up stealing the customers from her employee she is a horrible person definitely stay away from this business.

So happy I found this place and I will definitely go back. I just moved to Florida and Brandie did such an amazing job. She did my nails, and Also wax my eyebrows and upper lips. My nails are so beautiful. She made me look good and felt great. She has a great personality, and instantly made me comfortable. Can’t wait for my next nails appointment. Thank you Brandie can’t wait to see you in 2 weeks.

First time here and my experience was AMAZING! I was a walk-in and it didn’t take long at all to be seated. Marsha did her thing on my nails and I’m very picky when it comes to my nails, but when I tell you she did her thing! She did just that!

I’ve gotten my nails done plenty of times here and I’ve never had a bad experience, I recently got my nails done by Janet and she was amazing, 10/10 recommend
