Satinderpal Sondhi, Clearwater FL

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience here. I waited in the waiting room an hour last my appointment time. I was told my appointment would be with the doctor, but it was not. It was with the nurse practioner, who was honestly terrible. I have nothing against nurse practioners but she didn't listen, rushed me through my answers, was almost ANNOYED that I was answering her questions and continued to talk over me. Very bizarre. I told her I was there for multiple reasons but she saw the first one and said "You're in the wrong place. " Not what you want to hear after waiting an hour in the (hot) waiting room and paying $85 for a copay.

Aside from that, she basically called me a liar. She ended up pulling the Dr in for a second opinion and he said to call over an antibiotic for my problem until I could see the surgeon they referred me to. When I went to the pharmacy, it was not there and when I called to ask about it, she said the doctor never said that. Which is not true at all.

Oh, and when I asked her about a display she had ON HER DESK about a "non surgical treatment" she picked it up, shook her head and said "I don't know what that is. Someone must've put that there. I don't know anything about that" and put it right back down.

Not to mention, I was given a summary of my visit before I left that had numerous things wrong with it.

I would not recommend this place. Unfortunately.

Dr. Sondhi took a lot of time with me and genuinely seemed to care about my situation. He was courteous and kind.

Love, love this place and the staff and doctors are wonderful and caring. They explain everything clearly and listen and strive to find a solution to whatever is ailing. Thank you for caring. Loving people

Friendly staff and very punctual on appointment times. Doctor Sondhi proactively promotes a professional environment and natural attentiveness every visit which further enhances the journey to wellness under his care.

Great friendly staff! Wait times could be much better. Doctors over book and our time is as valuable as theirs. Was my first time there so hopefully this will improve. Great comfortable experience otherwise.

Later appts on a Friday, staff very friendly, doctor and PA were amazing. Waited 20 minutes to get in, waited 5 minutes for the doctor. I loved this practice and worth the 30 minute drive for me

Dr. SONDHI is an extremely caring, talented physician who takes the necessary time with each and every patient to make them feel important and that they’re getting the best treatment available.

When you have a case like mine, having the right doctor/office is so important.

My journey started with the amazing Mike, not only was he so kind, but he actually remembered me each step of the way. During a time that I was scared, he made me feel heard and set the bar high for the rest of my experience at this office.

The rest of my experience with my appointment exceeded my expectations. Dr. Sondhi and Alyssa, despite being in high demand and busy, made me feel as if I was the only person they met with that day. You couldn’t tell they had just been meeting with someone else, I truly had their full attention during my appointment. They answered questions that I had trouble getting from other doctors and I literally cried of relief from finally feeling like I had direction. I highly recommend Dr. Sondhi and his team. THIS is THE place.

Are they busy? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely.

Dr Sondhi has walked along beside me at least the past 30 years and led my journey of UC into remission. He has always been there for me when I was ill, even when I was hospitalized he took great care of me.
Couldn't ever find a more devoted, compassionate, intelligent, great mamnerism, doctor. And I hope I never have to.

Appointment beware! My wife has been coming here for yrs $$$$ but this was my 1st visit.they called me to remind me about my appt the day before and when i called them back because they left me a voice mail about my appt the next day that was made months before I told them I had not started my clear diet yet so i had to rebook and I did. Then I received a bill for a no show of $50 because it was 24 hr notice but needed a 48 hr notice so they had to charge. I also called my insurance company and i was told that they should not be charging me a $250 co pay because it is a routine check up at 50 but they told me i was wrong.all about money here but wont be getting anymore from me or my wife in the future.

Great doctor, great staff, great practice. Dr. Sondhi is excellent in his communication, bedside manner. He may be one of the best doctors I've ever been associated with.
