Save A Lot, Tampa FL

I don't like having to pay to use a cart. Also, the parking lot is a little on the sketch side.

Gross. Literally saw multiple produce and meat products laying on the floor. Asked to speak to manager and employee gave me a very nasty and rude response: "he ain't here! " The manager isn't on property at 11AM on a Monday? Avoid this place like the plague.

I like this store. Prices are right, excellent products and the people who work there are fantastic.

They remodeled and it looks nice, but customer service is no good long lines long wait times only 1 cashier. Cashier was rude she was rubbing her noise very disgusting especially threw these times. I seen all the other reviews and no i will not call a number to tell you what has been said already, so you know the issue now fix it

I will never be returning. The last time I visited I saw an employee drop a box of tomatoes on the floor and then he picked them up and put them on the shelf like nothing happened. Also, staff is rude and unhelpful and the security guard is always giving nasty looks. I'll go to publix

It's always busy and it seems that they are short on staff but for the staff that they have they are pleasant

Awful experience. Currently filing a law suit for discrimination. Filed corporate complaint on 12/29 and I still haven't been contacted. This store is not sanitary and unsafe.

Gross, bugs on all of the produce. The meat smells and doesn't look fresh. Floors and shelves are dirty and haven't been mopped in a long time! Staff is even worse, very rude and unhelpful. Security guard always staring people down and getting in fights with customers for no reason. You pay the same price as other stores for sub par products. They need to shut this place down. Please avoid this store!

I really can't believe they still have buggies you deposit a quarter in. Their bags are twice as much as the other save a lots. Plus there's no food selection even close to the other save a lots. Very disappointed. I just moved on this pricy side of town and the save a lot is a joke

WORST GROCERY STORE IN TAMPA! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TAMPA! ALWAYS ONLY 1 LINE OPEN WITH 20 CUSTOMERS WAITING IN IT! JUST SIMPLY THE WORST GROCERY STORE IN TAMPA, IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT, AVOID AT ALL COSTS I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION!

I can never find what I need. Always out of stock. Limited supply of certain things. Meat prices are always too high. Security guard always blocking the door and giving intimidating looks. Food isn't always fresh

Never coming here ever again. The man said I had to leave my purse with security in order to shop. All I wanted was bread and I'm not leaving my entire purse with you all to shop in your already filthy store! I told the manager. So I'm supposed to trust that you aren't going to go through my purse? He said, we have cameras and I said, exactly so watch the customers then. I'm not leaving my purse with anyone! I called Customer Service to issue a formal complaint. And my purse is the Louis Vuitton Neverfull bag. Never had anyone stop me from shopping with this bag before!

This Save a lot wasn't friendly, restrooms were disgusting, some prices r better at Aldi's, whole store was in disarray, shame on management, an the kids prevention guy wasn't very observant.

Affordable good prices, but cant find towels tissue or bleach each time I visit this store all in all it's a great place to shop if u are on a budget.

Ok place to shop but they need to get wipes for the carts it's been like that even before all the Covid-19 outbreak, Walmart, Publix have cart wipes soon as you walk in and grab a cart here or any Save a lot they don't

Seems to be understaff always long lines and they don't have sanitize wipes for the shopping carts, poorly maintain
