Guard shack super professional, but it takes longer to get paperwork, they are Not professional inside at all

They Don’t respect the appointment time at all. I have a app.for 11PM arrived at 9PM however they gave the Door Right away but didn’t unload its already 1: 30AM (4.5Hours) and no one start unloading my trailer Yet.
Staff also not helpful. Hope not come here for another delivery.

Delivery, very slow, manager Santiago didn’t help me…9 pallets only, more that 5 hr for unloading!

No Overnight Parking.

This is the worst place for delivery just to let you know these people don't care about you if you want to have a loading coming year be prepared.they don't care about you as a driver or you missed delivery or anything Out.

I had an appointment for 3: 00 am I arrived at 11: 20 pm they gave me the door at the moment and at 12: 40 they put the green light on when I went to get my papers the lady with a bad attitude told me to wait for the call.get to my truck when then I get the call to hear for the papers.

If you're delivering produce, be aware that they will leave a full pallet or two of cases. Henceforth, a very, very small amount of bad product.

Actually Nice staff, better than most Big warehouses' staffs.

Took the dock FOR-R-R-R-R EV-V-VER to unload a single-product load.no joke, 6 HOURS.

. But very nice office people.

Some Parking on the road, as I recall. Didn't use it. Slept at the dock (10-hr), PC-ed to safe haven to finish my 10.

I like to post at each pick up or delivery hopefully to help new drivers such as myself navigate the various locations we go to. Experienced drivers would probably not find my descriptions very helpful because they’ve “been there done that. ” My delivery appointment was at 2am. I called ahead at midnight when I was close by and was told I could check in. When you turn on to Amberjack there is no sign when you make the turn that says Save A Lot although the sign lists other businesses. Amberjack winds around to the right and then you will see a small guard shack. Just before the shack Save A Lot does have a sign on the left. The guard shack has a window that is level to your drivers window that you can hand over your documents through and speak to the guard. I was given a door right away and told not to break the seal or open my trailer until told to do so by shipping/receiving. The guard said to park at the assigned door and then take the paperwork in to the office. Security wrote my phone number on the paperwork. The office is beside the docks and up a short staircase. I think they were beside dock 18 but I forgot to verify that. Once I took the paperwork to receiving, the office staff told me to break the seal, throw it inside the trailer, open my doors and finish backing to the dock. They did not ask that tandems be all the way back. The receiving staff said that they would call me when unloading was done and to come and get my paperwork. The woman in receiving was smiling and friendly. You don’t get that much-it startled me for a minute. If I haven’t been to a facility before I ask a lot of questions to make sure I follow their procedures and some find that irritating I guess. As soon as the truck was into the dock, I heard unloading begin. 30 minutes later I got the call to get my documents. The receiving office said that drivers were very angry the night before because they were overbooked with appointments and got behind; there was a long wait. They felt bad about it and understood why drivers were frustrated. A different department during the day does their scheduling I believe. I know the reviews and driver experiences varied here but it was fast and efficient tonight. There is plenty of room to maneuver. There’s a restroom and vending machines accessible to drivers. I did see some trucks parked alongside the road leading in; I don’t know if they had finished their business and were resting or if their appointments were later on. No one at this facility seemed to mind them parked outside the gate along Amberjack. There is a small Shell truck stop as you get off I-4 and I saw a sign before the exit that said “Pilot Coming Soon. ” Safe travels brothers and sisters.

Showed up extremely early, but was out into a door anyway. The guard was very nice. I will follow up once unloaded and tell about that experience.

I'm here for 4 hours, they haven't touched my trailer, they don't respect the appointments.

Great Guard named Steve, very welcoming warehouse. Would love to come back warehouse took me a day early charged $100 to the vendor not me

Uptown reading the reviews on this place I figured to leave my complains as well. I got here exactly at 9pm. My appt was 11pm. I got a door right away and was done by 2am. Plenty of space as you can see in my pictures. This is my first time here and I think so far it’s one of the best. Few parking across from the docks if you don’t get door right away. Not sure if it’s a slow day for them but I think there better than a lot of places I been before. Hope your experience is the same as mine.
