I had to come here and write a 5 star review. I ordered the R+CO dart pomade stick hair product and it came in a beautiful box with samples. 5 stars for beautiful packaging, great customer service and fast shipping. Classy company. I will be ordering from here again!

I had a phone consultation and it was the easiest thing ever! I've been wanting to use ZO for quite some time but I already have a full skin care line I use so I didn't want a whole new one but just 1 new addition. She didn't try to push me onto a whole ZO line, just asked what I was using and how to incorporate the product I wanted into my routine which I love because I do get nervous mixing brands! She recommend a blending to cream to mix with my retinol I'm using so I went ahead and purchased that plus the hydroquinone cream I've been wanting to get my hands on. So sweet on the phone, so patient! It had a free gift so I picked a ZO cleanser thinking it would be one of those small samples but it was actually a full size product! The packaging was the absolute cutest in the pink box, I wish I took a picture but I was way to excited to even think of it. She went above and beyond from customer service (laid out how to use my products, how to incorporate the new products) to packaging and delivery (which was insanely quick). I'll definitely be buying some more products!

I got exactly what I bought and very well packed even with the tape with the name of the business and a free gift well packed too, also was free shipping and it was the place that I could get it cheapest and free shipping… but the only thing I think they need to put PayPal as a payment something that they don’t have but that is just a suggestion since I almost didn’t buy with them for that because I don’t trusts my card number to a pages that I don’t know.
