This is the worst apartment management company I've ever experienced. Even after I moved they are still proving their incompetence.

I was told to pick up my deposit refund check, that I had to request, more than once, and when I drove from Wesley Chapel to Downtown it WASN'T even a check with their envelope!

Another HUGE RAT just ran across my kitchen!

I pay for a SAFE place to reside and so far your team has failed horribly! Days without hot water, termites, now rats!

Your reviews mention rat infestation several times within the last couple of years and you’ve obviously done nothing about it!

If I could give zero stars I would. They STILL have rodents in the units. I came home from a weekend get away and my English muffins and cereal were consumed by a rodent.

The mailboxes flood when it rains, so I can’t even retrieve my mail, let alone identify the mail that was delivered. There’s termites that eat through the false brick.

The maintenance staff is awesome but otherwise, this is the WORST and most ghetto apartment I’ve EVER lived in.

I sold my home and was looking for another purchase so I decided to take a sublet here and take my time to find the perfect home. Worst mistake ever!

Screw this place and management. RUN don’t walk AWAY from this place. We’ve had termites for two years and nothing is done to truly fix them. I only stayed because I couldn’t afford anywhere else. I am SO happy to be leaving this rat hole soon.

We moved in six months ago and have loved every second! The location is excellent. You can walk to Hyde park and Bayshore. We have a dog, and it is great living in a neighborhood where we feel safe walking them. Our unit was clean when moving in, and we haven’t had any problems. The building is cleaned weekly by staff, and it is a tranquil place to live. When we have guests, we are always complimented on our unit and the location with the price we pay. Many of the neighbors have lived in their units for years. The staff is also very responsive. The community manager Jason always responds immediately and looks to help however he can. Great place to live!

Love this place so much already and it’s only been a month! Jason, Aileen and the rest of the staff are super friendly and accommodating! The maintenance team is quick and efficient and also super nice! Nothing but good vibes! Love my little flat

Great apartment. Safe, clean, plenty of parking. Walking distance to University of Tampa.
