Schroeck Veterinary Care, Rockledge FL

Second time within two years that I needed my dog to be seen. Receptionist on her own personal phone barely looked up to hear what I had to say. Basically told me they can’t help and sent me to the Er clinic. Took my puppy down the street to another local vet the whole staff was concerned about my 5 month frenchie although they had no available spots they asked to keep her to evaluate her and told me they would work with me with any incurred costs. No compassion at all at Schroeck vet. You may want to let your receptionist know it’s super unprofessional to be on your cellphone when a distraught customer comes in for help

We felt very comfortable and assured that our beloved cat was in excellent hands at this facility. The entire staff was friendly, warm, and caring. Dr. Schroek is simply the best!

I’ve been to a few vets in the area but by far Schroeck veterinary care is truly the best! The care & compassion the whole staff showed to my cat & myself was amazing. They are very knowledgeable & kept me very informed about my cat’s condition. I had an extremely difficult decision to face & they helped me through it. I received a card today from their office that completely touched my heart. I will be taking my other animals to their office in the future.

They are genuine and care for each pet - one of my fur babies passed away and they sent me a condolence card with a portrait and my pets paw print in it with messages from entire staff I am so glad I found a vet That is so special and love the fur babies they see each day.

Great office. Just what I was looking for, a small privately owned and AAHA accredited. Everyone was so kind, friendly, made you feel comfortable. Never felt rushed through the appointment. Everything was explained fully

They were very timely. I didn’t wait very long at all in the waiting room got right into a room. The vet assistant came in immediately.and assessed my dogs issue. And the vet came in and took a culture and examined it came back and gave her some shots. The whole thing was very quickly very clean office and great staff.

Doctor Schroeck and staff are wonderful. Takes excellent care of our pugs. Recently had surgery on our Harley. Such excellent care. The staff are very caring.

With a very visible sign in a nice plaza off of US 1 in Rockledge, I must have passed by this clinic about 100 times since moving here. When it came time for my conure’s check-up, I thought I would look them up online. I was nothing short of impressed by their website and I made an appt.right away. I was given an appt.at a time/date convenient to me by a pleasant and polite lady at the clinic. When I arrived, the waiting area was clean and smelled fresh and without any pet odors. I was quickly taken to an exam room and after a couple of minutes, a very nice young lady, Morgan, came in to talk to me about my bird, etc.a few moments later, Dr Schroeck came in with the calmest and nicest of demeanors. She listened to and answered my questions patiently and knowledgeably, and asked me a couple of her own. I was instantly convinced of her capabilities and she and her assistant carefully handled, assessed, and worked on my conure - all the while explaining everything as she went. I was surprised by the affordability of everything too! Omg if you want your dog, cat, bird or? To be in the most capable of hands, this is the place to go!

This place is wonderful. The front desk, the vet assistant and the vet herself are fantastic. They all made us feel welcome and took their time with us and our baby. We didn’t feel at all rushed, they explained everything clearly and in depth. They are obviously a group of people that care deeply about animals and will do whatever they can to help.

Very impressed with Dr Schroeck and her assistant. This was our first visit to her office. We liked the way they put our kitten at ease during her exam.

My two dogs had their first visit today. The staff was kind and incredibly helpful as I tried to manage the two nervous pups. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and caring. The facility was clean and inviting. We are so glad to have found our new place of care for our furry family members.

This vet office is wonderful. Everyone was so nice and welcoming to my Lily. I really appreciated the in room checkout. Great experience.

Great first experience. Not only did they check my beardie out thoroughly to make sure he was healthy they made jack a supermodel haha. Thank you guys
