I brought my Z06 for the standard maintenance and the valet hit my car while parking another car. He damaged the bumper and cracked the headlight. Schumacher fixed it at their expense. In the meantime, I had to drive a trash chevy equinox for a week, courtesy of Schumacher. Most importantly, the bumper was not installed correctly so I need to bring it back to the body shop to make the adjustment. I purchased my corvette from Schumacher so this is very disappointing!

Bought a used car from Frank last week and it was an amazing experience. Went in wanting a new vehicle and he found the perfect car and went above and beyond to facilitate the deal. Frank took his time with my deal and made sure the entire process went smoothly for both of us. Would highly recommend Schumacher and Frank as well as Alex the finance manager. Great people at this store!

While the tech that did the work on my Tahoe did a fantastic job. The service writer, Tom the lane manager, after informing me that i would have to leave my vehicle overnight, which i was not told when scheduling the appointment 2 weeks out i might add! Secondly, Tom has poor follow through; i never received a copy of my work order receipt. Tom informed me he would email me the paperwork, that has yet to happen. I was told the same thing on the previous appointment, i received it after making the request in person in his office during the past appointment.

I was able to get my car serviced at the scheduled time and could have even waited for it. The lobby was a pleasant place to wait, especially the complimentary coffee. I also found the shuttle service to be extremely helpful and timely. Finally, my service advisor (Wilson) ensured the work was done as promised, including ensuring that my tires were brought up to the optimal pressure. And it was all done for a very reasonable price. Thank you!

How was late arriving due to heavy traffic and my service technician made sure I got in for my oil change and service that was needed. I’ve always had good service at your location and they took good care of me.

This has been one of the best experiences with a car dealership I have experienced. Cesar was extremely helpful. He helped me locate the truck I wanted, kept me updated on the progress and delivered the exact truck I wanted. He then made sure the buying process took only as much time as necessary and went out of his way to introduce me to service staff to ensure my future visits are just as pleasant. In the end, I will definitely recommend to friends to look at Schumacher for new vehicles and I intend on telling them to talk to Cesar!

From the moment I got to the dealership I was treated like family. Chris Silva was able to get me into a car with all the bells and whistles within my budget. The finance process was a breeze with Alex Castro. I’ve never bought a car so quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Chris and Alex and Schumacher to all my friends and family. I could not be happier!

Brought my truck in for warranty work. This was the second time I have brought it in for the same items. The torque converter was replaced as was needed the first time. LED light on the dash blinks. The service manager saw it happening but they said they could not replicate it. I started my truck and it happened right away. The service manager said that the service departments said there was nothing wrong with it. I was sold a battery on the first time in to resolve this issue which it did not and I ended up buying a battery for no reason.

I spotted the one and only car in the pre-owned car lot that would suit my needs and the price tag seemed do-able on my limited budget. I liked what I saw and went into the dealership to inquire. Yousef Mahmoud greeted me with patience, respect and no-pressure salesmanship. He demonstrated his 12 years of knowledge, experience and wisdom in customer service with Schumacher. Today I had an appointment for a simple oil change. Nothing else. I got to my appt.a couple of minutes earlier. The assigned service advisor advised me it would be 1 hour.
Great… I stayed to wait for the car as I had no other choice and thought to myself, I should be out of here 3: 15-3: 30 latest and I can pick up my kids from their school down the street.
3: 33pm rolls by I’m inside the building waiting for my advisor to give me an update. He passes right by me 2 times and doesn’t say anything. I say to myself not a problem he seems busy, let me ask the girls that work at the desk for a quick update. The young lady tells me let’s go see your service advisor I just saw him back to his office.

I walk in and I ask for an update. He stated he would walk back and check the status on the car. He come back to advise me that ‘they haven’t even started on the car ‘ and it would be another 30-45 minutes.

I asked him then what’s the point in making an appt and taking your word. Let me remind you he was the one that told me it would be 1 hour. I trusted that and assumed that if there were any changes the right thing to do would be to update the customer. I guess not. He definitely could use some customer service and time
Management training. I filed a complaint with the service manager and he was SHOCKED of my experience. Every time I go in and I get this service guy it always something.

Okay I’ll be back for a free oil change and then changing dealerships. Unfortunately TOO MANY bad experiences with this guy.

Always a pleasure doing business @ Schumacher. Our guy, Mike Howell is the best, when we're ready to trade up we just make a call and he is on it. Even in today's world with short inventory he was able to come up with a suitable 2021 model that we just love. Peter Cinacola handle all the paperwork along with Petrov Degand in F&I we were in & out in a few hours, thanks for having a very qualified team.

Jesse takes care of us each time we come. He’s the only service advisor we use because he’s thorough, courteous and looks out for us. Truly seems to care.
