This was my first time shopping here and it was amazing! I was trading in my Buick Envision for a Mercedes Benz and Pedro made my process quick and easy. He was very helpful with all my questions and mindful. He definitely hyped me up to get the Benz and I was here for it all.

I purchased my 2013 Outback on, October 27,2021. I waited to give a review to see how this used Outback held up. So far, this car has been awesome, with some minor issues but running strong and looking great, see my photo for reference with my kayak strapped on. I recently installed a hitch and hauled a 6x12 trailer with no problems. I appreciate the whole West Palm Beach Schumacher team who made my buying experience painless! Worst dealership ever will rip you off quicker than anyone you've ever seen they stole my car from me they were supposed to give me a $2,000 trade-in but added $2,000 to the price of the truck that was bought so I got zero from my car when I trade it in they will rip you off and teach you any way they can stay away from this place Finance departments the worst rip-off ever don't do business with people that will f*** you over

Come extremely well prepared and with a plan or you will be taken advantage of.

I have a well documented series of events that Schumacher could have easily absolved with very little expense and time, but instead made 3 visits out of it so far, still with incomplete work.

I was in contact with managers the entire time, all of which made empty promises and never returned phone calls/ emails or showed up for appointments they made. The total lack of accountability from all depts (service, sales, customer service) has been very frustrating.

I bought a preowned 4Runner from a salesman who also made lots of empty promises, such as 3 day return no questions asked and 30 day dealer warranty. After having the vehicle for a day I noticed numerous small repairs that should’ve been done, such as tpms sensors (Warning light went on after 15 miles of driving), rear brakes in need of replacement, wiper blades, working fog lights, loose oil filter, dirty fuel injectors. Simple work that’s not very expensive and should’ve already been done prior to sale.

3 weeks later and 3 visits later and hours of waiting at dealerships and only half of those things have been completed. Ive reached a point where there customer service rep has ignored multiple emails for the past 10 days.

Pretty piss poor experience for a first time buyer.
