Daniel was amazingly helpful from start to finish! From my initial phone call, he completely understood the urgency of my situation and got me in the following day. I was set to leave the country for a week and he assured me that everything would be completed by the time I got home. I received the notification that work was complete literally a day after I dropped it off, allowing me to completely relax and enjoy the rest of my trip. Communication was on-point and his positive attitude helped make the process easy and enjoyable.

Service was quick. Online appointment not so great! As for the service writer Daniel @ the Northlake Volkswagen was great and knowledgeable. The repair work was fast and clean with no issues.

I brought my car in because I had a nail in the tire. The tired was replaced that day and everything seemed fine. I drove home and the tire light came on. I called Daniel and he said it could be the sensor, so reset it and then if it comes on again just bring it by. The next day I came out and the tire was low. I was able to put air in it and drive to the dealership and drop it off. Daniel told me he would let me know when it would be ready. I messaged him later that day and he said the tire wasn’t there yet but it should be on the last drop off. He messaged me at 5: 07 pm that the tire did not come. I let him know that I did not have a way home and would need a loaner. This was his exact response: “I unfortunately do not have any loaners, there isn't much I can do in the meantime. “ and this was my response: “Ok that's unfortunate since I live in Lake Worth. The shuttle isn't here yet. Just tell him not to come. This is a big inconvenience. Please let me know tomorrow as soon as my car is done. ” It was very discouraging that he could not offer some kind of solution for me, as if I didn’t have my car I had no way home. I shouldn’t have to call a Uber when it was not my fault the car was not done in time. He could have figured something out for me, but he just said there was nothing he could do for me in the meantime. The next day he called an Uber to come get me
from work why couldn’t he have just had an Uber take me home. I’m very frustrated that there was not greater customer service provided in this situation.

Made an appt.and arrived to be told that I have to leave the car for a few days with no loaners available. Explained that as it is our only car I can’t leave it for days, pretty sure thats why I waited 2 1/2 weeks for an appt. Daniel then said he has no clue as to when a loaner would be available-“3-4-5 weeks” and then he would probably have to order parts. Daniel works as a service advisor and has no idea when a loaner will be available? Being his job I would expect him to have some clue and beable to coordinate with a customer a loaner car. Terribly run dealership. Warranty is useless at this point. Buy a car anywhere but here, at least they will pretend to value your business

In response you can keep your tired apologies they as much as the appointment I had with you. Will not be back to any of your dealerships-quite simply you suck

My vehicle had a few issues with some warning lights suddenly appearing. Daniel helped me get an earlier appointment. He kept me informed as to how the issues were being corrected and also coordinated having 4 new tires installed on my vehicle since the vehicle was already at Schumacher service department. As soon as my Passat was ready, Daniel called me so that I could pick up my car and settle my bill. My car was also vacuumed and wash upon my pick up. Daniel is a terrific consultant and asset to Schumacher.

I live in Indiana, but came down for two weeks to fill in for a vacationing colleague. During my last week, suddenly an engine light came on and my car began to drive very poorly. This was a Sunday. On Monday, I called for an appointment, but was told I couldn't be seen until a week from then. I explained my situation and a gentleman named Dan said he'd try to squeeze me in. Not only did he, but I had my car back the same day. It was a great relief and fantastic customer service.

Don Meyers was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and truly looked out for me. Very attentive and didn't make us feel like just a sale. I had a little hiccup and he not only was reachable immediately but also offered solutions. I highly recommend him for your new or used car needs.

Compared to other local car dealerships, Schumacher Volkswagen on Northlake has subpar customer service from start to finish. Braman and Earl Stewart are leagues above in customer care. The Northlake service center does not accept appointments and services customers on a first-come, first-served basis. The service process is a game of who can come in the earliest and quickest.

The Northlake center is clearly understaffed and unprepared for the volume of customers seeking routine service on the weekend. When I arrived at the "Express Lane" this morning to request an oil change, I was told there was a 4-hour wait. The staff member I spoke to did not provide any reasonable alternative date to come in for the requested maintenance and instead suggested I simply show up another day at an earlier time. Additionally, there is no manager onsite on the weekends, which means there is no accountability for dismissive staff or recourse for clients who have a poor experience. Without an appointment policy, customers are forced to experience long and unpredictable wait times.

When I called the operator to try and make an appointment at the West Palm Beach location (which is not first-come, first-served), I was told there were no open weekend appointments available until October. The service process should not be this convoluted or difficult, especially for a service as routine as an oil change. It is unfortunate that such a highly rated dealership has such a poor quality service center.

Great experience with service at Schumacher. My Advisor Rob made me feel welcome, was knowledgeable about my vehicle, and addressed all my concerns with the utmost attention to detail and professionalism. 10/10 wouldn't service my VW's anywhere else.
