Schumacher Volkswagen of West Palm Beach

If I had known how bad the customer service for VW's service department was, I would not have bought the ID. 4 electronic car nine months ago. I experienced issues with charging, particularly when using VW charging stations. I called for assistance on a Saturday and had to have my car towed on Sunday morning. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the service department on Monday morning, I had to go through three different people before I could speak with the representative, who was supposed to help with electronic car issues.

However, Mr. Hersey's attitude was unhelpful, as he denied assistance and provided numerous excuses about how busy they were. He also mentioned that they didn't have any loaner vehicles available for me to use while my car was being repaired, which made it difficult for me to commute to work. He promised to call me back by noon but never followed through with that promise. Furthermore, the lack of decent communication made it frustrating when it came time to pick up my car.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur and may be beyond their control, but proper communication would have been greatly appreciated in this situation.

We worked with Philip Stokley to obtain our VW Atlas. He made the process very easy and was very knowledgeable about the car. He was very professional and we would definitely work with him again.

Reese was our guy. He was absolutely top notch! He made sure to write down all the issues we had in the car and kept us updated during all the time our car was in the shop. We were very happy to finally find a professional and competent dealership to care for our car. Even though this dealership is further from is it's absolutely worth it!

Paul was very helpful. I went in for an oil change and new tires but the team didn’t turn off my light. Come on, that should be looked at before the car is completed!

Went in to help someone get a car here. She was worried about getting taken for a ride by aggressive salesman. David Rodriguez was the exact opposite. No pressure, just detailed information and straightforward answers to our questions. Definitely the best car buying experience I’ve been a part of.

Every time i go in they go above and beyond for me and my car. I also get free battery replacement on my car keys which I love. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. I got my VW Tiguan serviced at VW West Palm Beach. All I can say is thank you so much for the great customer service from Frank the head mechanic, Donna which is the Service Advisor and Jared my Sales consultant. What a fabulous team! I really appreciate the kindness and the great service.

Philip was an excellent team member to work with. He wasn’t a pushy salesman. He was extremely professional. It was more like he was my advocate. He assessed what my needs were and where I was financially comfortable. He then advocated for me and got me everything I wanted plus more!
I went in looking for a specific car. This was my first vw dealership I had visited. I assumed from my last experiences that this would be the first of many vw dealerships I would have to go back and forth on.
I walked in, met with Philip and walked out with a car and a better deal than I had on my current vw! Will definitely be back in 2-3 years to see him and get another lease! Thank you so much!

I was treated with the utmost respect especially when I had to put off getting my car fixed because didn't have $920.

I had left a review about how crooked these people are. Here is an update. So from them telling us they couldn’t plug a tire and need a brand new one. We went across the street to fire stone and the guy there said this tire could 100% be plugged he then plugged it for $30 not try to sell us a new tire for $300. Goes to show their character at WPB Volkswagen just disgusting how they try to rip people off after you purchase a car through them. DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE NOT GENUINE PEOPLE BUNCH OF CROOKS AND SCAMMERS

These guys are Crooks! Typical cars salesman and car dealership. My wife and I leased a Brand New 2023 Volkswagen Atlas. The Business manager didn’t go over additional coverage or offer anything we might need to bring to our attention. They only went over the lease agreement of what will be owed every month and when it will be due. Along with the mileage that the car had as driving it off the lot. Also how many mileages we have a year. When I asked is everything covered since it being a lease the gentleman said yes. Also if the car had to stay they would provide a loaner. So 5 months in we got a mail in the tire and long story short they wanted to wack us over the head for $300. The service manager was really rude and brief. Place is full of a bunch of nickel and dimers, like they couldn’t eat a tire on their end to do what’s right for the customer is a joke! This is why the car industry is looked at horribly because it’s a bunch of sleazy dudes chillin all day in their “frat” house deceiving and getting over on people. They don’t build no genuine connection, nor care about the people once the sale is done. I WOULD NEVER GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS AFTER THIS LEASE IS UP AND SUGGEST YOU DONT EITHER!
