Erick defines professionalism, attentive customer service, transparency along every step in the repair process and something that you don't see often anymore, reliability. If Erick says he will call, trust me, he will call. Erick is a rare gem and I am so appreciate for the manner and care he exhibited during my visits to the service department.

For reference: My 2016 XC60 was experiencing high oil consumption.
Previous dealer sent me home 3 times with a big bill and a continued issue. Also disregarded my concerns about my vehicle.

The Schumacher of West Palm Beach is my ideal place for buying a car. I worked with Ariel and Floyd Burwell, letting them know I was looking for a Subaru with low mileage within my price range and to be on the lookout. When I received a call from them saying they found exactly what I needed and more, I was ecstatic.
I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used 2018 subaru outback that fulfilled everything I requested. My salesman, Floyd Burwell, was very knowledgeable, patient, and instilled confidence throughout the process. I recommend Floyd Burwell in the highest regard, he is the kindest soul and will find the car just right for you.

Daniel was a kind and courteous salesman at Schumacher Volvo. I purchased an S60 Volvo, recharge. The whole process took about 2.5 hours on a Saturday morning. We made an appointment for 10: 00 and met Daniel on time. I will buy from Schumacher again.
