Scissor's Edge Barber shop, New Port Richey FL

I have never experienced worse customer service. I walk in and was told to wait ten minutes for one of three barbers not cutting hair to be done eating his lunch. 15 minutes go by AND THE OWNER watches me wait as his workers smoke or do whatever expect cut hair. Terrible terrible terrible!

There is no point in a making an appointment. I had an appointment for 11: 00 AM with William, even showed up 15 minutes early. To get greeted to “you have people in front of you”. If this was the first time then okay, but it was not. There has been multiple occasions where I make an appointment, show up early, or on time, and just get told you have people in front of you. The sad thing is, they give decently good haircuts, but the service is just not what is use to be. They use to have a barber that worked there named Brett, he was by far their best barber. Brett opened his own barber shop a while ago. If you want better haircuts better service and actually have your haircuts on time, I would highly recommend going to Brett’s barber shop.

Excellent service and much attention to detail. They do it all for men. Even a beard trim. A modern light on old school barber techniques.

Every time i come in Mike always cleans me up great and is a very trust worthy barber.not rough at all with the razor or straightedge and he always does a great job making sure his area is spotless!

Everyone was really friendly and handled everything really professional. They made sure my haircut was really nice so they really care about their customers. I came from Germany and was at my mother in law house so next time I'm in town I am going back to them since they are right next to my mother in law's house.

By far the best barber I have ever had! If you get the opportunity William is the one you want to ask for! He is a true artist!

I never had an issue with this shop. The best barber they had (and my regular barber) went out on his own to open his own shop. Still, my loyalty was to them and Mike ran a tight ship. I was back in town this week and was tight on time and gave a new barber a shot. Although nice, but fade is terribly blended, my goatee looks like a 15 year old who just learned to Shave and I’m beyond disappointed. I must say, this is the first negative experience of 10 plus haircuts I’ve had at that shop, but to say it was awful would be an understatement. I’ve also reached out via Facebook and email to no avail.

An eye for precision and detail with excellent customer service and care great ambience with a relaxing environment for all ages highly recommended an actual barber shop not just a haircut in place coming from someone who was raised by a barber.

Just moved to areaand went in for first time as walk in. Mike took care of me and did an excellent job! He listened to me as I explained what I wanted and I was pleasantly impressed.
I hope to make this my new regular place
