Scoops Ice Cream & Acai Bowls, Naples FL

I first visited Scoops in 2020, at the Collier Blvd.location. I was pleased to be supporting a family run business. FF to February 2023. My wife and I stopped in to the Immokolee Rd.location and got 2 “single scoop” cups. I was quite surprised at the cost: $14.25! For 2 scoops. Maybe I’m not being realistic but that seems to me to be ridiculous. I won’t be going back.

Fair enough.they have something new for me, Ice cream places always have some difrent styles from the other.

The employees are sweet and the ice cream is great. As silly as it sounds, my reasoning for giving this place 5 stars is because they have my favorite flavor Triple Chocolate Chunk, which is surprising a rare flavor to find at Ice cream shops. Thank you!

Love this place! Delicious dairy free and vegan options. Really appreciate the allergen labels as we have several nut allergies in the family.

So many different flavors and the flight lets you try four. The scoops are a little smaller than I would have liked, but that is probably the best for my waistline! Haha

Sweet little place in the shopping center, pun intended. The selection here is great, and they have a ton of healthier options as well. There is a cute little game area oit front for your kids, or your kids-at-heart to wind down and enjoy their Scoops.

So many flavors to pick from and even have cookie dough. Cookie dough was not the best but ice cream was.

Service is outstanding, tons of flavors, it’s pretty and clean and you can tell they care? Can’t wait to be back!

Stopped by today with a couple of friends and learned from the young man about the new family that had taken over! Well the ice cream was great as before and he was extremely helpful and my friend who is extremely picky said the place was spotless and we sat and enjoyed our ice cream!

Nice place, excellent service and ice-creams, my only suggestion is to keep clean the outside, the people spill ice cream on the floor.

What a fantastic place to get ice cream for the family. The staff was very pleasant and kind to us throughout the whole ordering process!

Loved it! The vegan/dairy free salted caramel was really yummy! They also had a gluten free dairy free carrot cake cupcake! It was really yummy too! Hubby had a sundae bowl and he loved it (and he is not an ice cream person, so thats a really good sign!) Would highly recommend! Staff was friendly! Thank you! Great place!

Service was pretty good and they have a wide variety of flavors. However, the ice cream quality was just average.

Loved it! Such a variety of ice cream flavors! I had to get 2 scoops because i couldn't decide between 2 flavors! My top 2 were Coconut and Peanut Butter Cookie Dough! I'll definitely be back! The owners pictures were on the wall and it was a nice touch. I definitely like to support local small businesses!

The two young ladies were very kind and helpful that were working tonight. Great ice cream! Will definitely be back!

Soooooo good! Kids order ice cream, I order icai bowls. Everyone is happy. The young gentleman in the front is very polite.
