Owen was phenomenal. He met me at my resort, was on time, and he continued to provide the courteous service that we always receive from Scooterama!

I haven’t purchased a scooter yet but found this particular website is the one I will use. They have a great selection.

Can't recommend this company enough. Delivery to the house was right on time. Owen was excellent and so was his customer service. Took the time to explain how to break it down in detail to transport and just overall very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use the company exclusively for my mother when we visit again.

Owen was wonderful. He was on time and brought scooter right to our room. He was kind and polite. He was thorough in explaining how the scooter runs and what to be aware of. He made sure sure we had his number, in case of emergency or if we had questions. I couldn't believe how easy it was was from the ordering. To the delivery and then the pick up. I really believe the scooter made a huge difference in my park experience with my kids. And their experience also. I ended up not needing scooter after Saturday morning. I texted Owen, and he was complete professional. He came right over and took the scooter. Just a very nice person. You are lucky to have him working for you. Thank you again.

Excellent courteous service was given promptly. Delivery driver Owen was polite and extremely helpful and cooperative. Went out of his way to accommodate my time schedule. The scooter was in excellent condition and worked better than others I have used in the past. Scooterama is a pleasure to do business with and I will again. Ask for Owen to be your delivery driver!

Great experience! I spoke to John and he was awesome he was able to have a scooter delivered to my hotel in 30 minutes! I couldn't believe it! This made a huge difference for me at Universal studios Park. So happy I called Scootarama!

Scootarama was awesome. Delivered short notice same day within a few hours and picked up early, when the scooter was no longer needed. The prices were better then others I found n the web and the rental agent I spoke with was super accommodating. Owen delivered the scooter, showed how to operate it and picked it up promptly. He was very professional also. If I need another scooter rental in the Orlando area I will be calling Scootarama.

Scootarama was great like always. The scooter lasts all day in the theme parks and never had an issue with the scooter at all. Will be renting from them again in the future, when I comeback to Orlando. The scooter was delivered on time and picked up on time by Owen and answered any questions we had. Owen was very punctual, helpful and informative. I had rented before and was unaware that the battery could be removed and charged separately. He saved us having to take the scooter out of the car everyday. Would highly recommend.

Great service. Easy to book, It was a little difficult to get a hold of the office. To get a scooter time extension. Owen did an amazing job helping me with that and keeping me informed with drop off and pick up.
