So I bought an e-bike from here and had problems with the computer from day one. Finally had to take it in and they still haven't even looked at it yet, and it's been almost a week. Told the owner I just wanted a refund and we could part ways, and that hasn't happened yet because he wants his guy to look at it. Don't buy from here folks, this place doesn't care about doing the right thing at all

DON’T SPEND TIME OR MONEY HERE. First bike I spent over $2,000 on, took in multiple times for faulty handlebars and battery. Finally the handlebars gave out and I flew over the bike. Broke my phone and injured my knee. He replaced it with a much cheaper option, and never refunded the difference. To top it all off, he’s got a nasty attitude and treats his employees and customers terribly. Just save time and money and order a bike online!

Two winters in a row bought a new scooter from Jeremy. First year I picked one out. Second time I just called and asked him to drop one off. Twenty minutes later he pulled up to the house and dropped off the scooter with the paperwork to get a plate at Town Hall. Even remembered my name. Maybe I can get down there in the future and I'd call him first.

I bought my E-trike at SD, excellent service. Jeremy picks up and delivers, has financing, everything you need for your e-trike or scooter. I'm so glad we have this local service!

Owner is short tempered. Bought 2used bikes.got told the second one was exactly the same pick it up a week later and got a excuse text when I asked what's up?
, his response was, I quote, Each bike is in different condition. Some have light some don't etc. Since the bike you got wasn't ready we obviously could take a picture of that one so we used "stock footage" feeling ripped off and taken advantage of

NO EXTRA FEES! These guys could sell me a scooter with no wheels as far as I'm concerned. They have straight honest prices. EVERYONE else in town shows a price but when you go to purchase, now there's an assembly fee. Destination fee, paperwork fee, blah blah blah so your $1900.00 scooter is now $2600. Never again. Scooters Direct is it for me the ONLY honest place in town!

Not a good experience. My display was not working and called to see if they work on e-bikes, answer was yes. Brought it in and was told they could give us a cheap replacement that would last a couple of months, or pay for a better one but they had to order it. The next day I decided to pick it up and try my luck elsewhere, said we were coming in to get it. Paid the $35 diagnostic fee and then we’re told the bike wasn’t there. After chasing the owner all over town my husband got the bike back with no display at all. We wanted the original one even if it didn’t work. After now three plus weeks of waiting, I am assuming the owner just said FU and we won’t be seeing it, ever. Would not suggest this business.

We stopped in for a bike repair and we’re met by Tami. The nicest lady, very knowledgeable. A great bike store that has a little bit of everything and electric services too!

About as smooth as it can get. Went in, saw cool scooter, good price. Took 10 minutes for paperwork, no extra fees they just delivered it. 14 minutes late but. Pretty minor considering. Thanks guys!

The WORST SERVICE OF ANY BUSINESS EVER! They had my scooter for 6 weeks to repair a tire (in which they had repaired 3 months prior, and they had the scooter for over 2 weeks that time) and could not communicate with me at all. I finally received a phone call 4 weeks into the job that they were waiting on tires due to a national shortage. 2 weeks after that, with no response from my inquires, i was going into shop to find out what is happening. I called on my way down and as I was walking up, they actually called and said it’s not ready. I got into the car and got like 6 blocks away and the called and said “there’s a scooter here with no tag on it. What’s yours look like? ” I told them it is a Ninebot with a bag on the front. They told me it’s here and it’s ready. So, I went back to pick it up. They told me I had to $140! For a freaking tire change for an electric scooter that they have had in their possession for 6 weeks! The owner was there walking out the door and i caught him and said “Are you serious? You want me to pay $$140? 3 months ago you quoted me $45 and then you insisted that I only pay $27 because of how long in took. ” He said “Well, you’re already getting a $360 discount because that’s how much the labor costs. ” I paid the money and got my scooter because I knew that there was no way we were going to agree. I was so upset. I texted the owner right when I got in the car about the terrible service and then the outrageous price. He told me I never paid $27 for a tire and to pretty much get over it because he has to pay his electric and rent and who am I to think I should get some special discount. I sent him screenshots of the conversation we had back then when they had told me the price and when he told me he would give me half off. That made him so mad that he sent paragraph after paragraph of how he operates and it doesn’t matter what I paid before. That went on for about an hour. So, the next day I go to ride the scooter and I get 2 miles and the tire breaks. The value stem went into the frame. It’s actually UNBELIEVABLE! I texted him right away and his response was “you can bring it in and if it’s something that we did wrong, we will certainly fix it. ” I said “No way! L” There’s no chance o would ever bring me scooter back to that place again! He got so mad again and started sending his paragraphs ranting and ended with “I don’t want to work with you again anyway! ” Like a child. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior and horrible work. I’m a bartender and server and I have talked to many people about this situation and the most satisfying thing is that like 6 people I’ve talked to have had the same experience with this company. So, it’s 100% not a “ME” problem. This guy SUCKS! Don’t go there if it’s the last place on earth!

Ebike problem quickly solved on the spot. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

My experience here has been very positive. I ordered a new electric bike, but through my own error it was not the one I really wanted. Jeremy was very understanding and made things right for me.
He certainly could have blown me off and had me live with my mistake, but stepped up to treat me as i had hoped he might. These days with staffing issues and at the mercy of parts and bikes arriving later than expected, I think Jeremy runs his very busy shop very well.

I purchased a scooter for my nephew for Christmas. Shortly after it wasn’t working and I brought it to this establishment to fix. This was in January. Several phone calls later.after waiting for a part … I’m finally told that he actually doesn’t know where the scooter is and needs a description (this was now March) I had to send proof of purchase and photos to him that I ever had a scooter in the first place … then he said he needed to find it.now it’s may. I have the scooter back, he said it was fixed…. I have two flat tires and a faulty valve with no cap on it. Yikes for sure.

Used them multiple times. They fix my scooters right up. They’re done when they say for the price they say, cant beat that.
